The disappearance of the moon was not just an unusual event in the sky; it was a death sentence. The Purge-Moon, now revealed to be anchored in a hidden "Sync-Orbit" on the far side of the planet, started its gravitational sabotage, causing the Earth to groan. Tides retreated miles from the shore, only to return as towering walls of black water. The atmosphere thinned at the poles, and the ground beneath Aethel-Luna shook as the planet was forced to spin backward.

“I didn’t call for a lecture. I called because I saw Moon Crawlers in Vegas.” The line went silent for a moment . Then Gideon’s voice dropped. “You were in Las Vegas?” “Yes. And explain to me why Mason Trawling’s sixth line of Crawlers would be that far out. What the hell is going on in Seattle, Gideon?” The Moon Crawlers weren’t casual thugs. They were the elite bodyguards and black agents who never left Mason’s circle without a reason. For them to appear hundreds of miles from the clan meant one thing: something serious was happening.

He reported and I just walked out. A few hours later, we returned, and I decided to retire to bed for the day. I was getting depressed with each hour that passed. The Disabled Six looked at the darkened and corrupted sky “Arnold, what’s going on?” Ivory Wings asked me with a robotic voice “Diabled Six… the Earthbound Immortals are here” I said “hence the darkened sky, okay then” said Bronyium “Brony where’s the Mane Six?” I asked him “they’re gone” said Bronyium “looking after us Arnold” said Twilight with an evil tone. I look to see the Mane Six and Starlight Glimmer “the Mane Six & Starlight Glimmer they are different” said Shadow Star “because they are under the Envoy of the Underworld and Shadelight decided to help them to stop me. Now they are known as the Dark Signer Six and Shadelight Glimmer” I said.

We sat cross-legged on the stone floor, unpacking the treats and chatting easily about random things like school, design, and life. Time flew by. Before we knew it, the antique grandfather clock in the corner chimed twelve times, and the heavy glass skylight above us flooded the room with the blinding, silver luminescence of a massive super moon at its absolute peak. Luna wiped her hands, her expression shifting into a serious, ritualistic focus. "Alright, time's up," Luna said, standing up and pointing to a woven mystic mat laid out in the center of the room. Let the union be the start of a stellar new life together with love to spread and power to hold.” The other Elders, in their long, gray, black, and white robes, rose from their chairs to bend in a low bow at us. I just don’t want you to lose your Pack because you have not yet taken a Queen and Mate. After all, the Blood Moon—” “Is quickly approaching. Yes, I’m quite aware.” I let out a deep breath. “But that’s not for another three months. There’s another full moon coming tomorrow night, and Brenna is a potential Luna.” That got Mason’s attention. “Seriously? How do you know?”

I have been working on an elaborate proposal that includes some strategic help from Theo and a scavenger hunt that will start with a present currently sitting underneath our Christmas tree. Aaron continues to be in talks with Alpha Paul about strategies to deal with the remaining members of the Moonlight Six, which could eventually mean war. No one likes to talk about war as a possibility, but Aaron and Alpha Paul feel pretty comfortable that any war that is started can be ended fairly quickly and without a lot of casualties.
