In the center of the room, they transformed into nearly naked vampires, covered only by thin strips of red silk that barely concealed their voluptuous bodies. They laughed loudly, their sharp, mocking voices echoing off the walls. “Lucian, darling!” one of them sang, approaching him with sinuous movements.
