BLACKSTONE PACK In the early morning, Morpheus summoned Vickie to his office to discuss more about their plan. Before she could knock, Morpheus answered from inside and she opened the door gently. She greeted Morpheus with a smile and he gestured for her to sit. Morpheus crossed his fingers together with a long stare at Vickie who was feeling anxious about the whole silence already. Then he brings out a small bottle from his robe and placed it on the table in front of Vickie.

"Yes bro, I am now at Perch. Actually, I postponed the hangout when you said a while ago that you're now in Beverly Hills. But I rushed my way to Perch when Alexa called me that Vera would be seeing someone here. "She is dating someone?", I asked, a little annoyed. "Yes bro, that's what Alexa told me and she asked me to keep an eye on her best friend because she doesn't trust the man whom Vera is meeting with. "So, she is now in Perch? With whom?", I queried and this time I am getting more and more annoyed. "She is with Simon Morris right now bro,", Vince replied in a husky tone. "Si---Simon Morris?" Suddenly my blood boils through my veins when I heard his name.

Brighton asked. "I see . . . Chasens," Vera said and the coldest draft blew across Molly's soul. "Chasens?" Molly repeated. "Yes. I see many chasens and they're all coming after you." "Oh man," Rodrick said throwing his head forward. "Coming after me?" Molly asked. "Yes," Vera responded. "Like wanting to kill me?" "Yes." "Oh come the eff on," Molly said. "How many?" "Too many." "Come the effing eff on. And they all want to kill me?"

“Nightmoor’s tracking a Bloodclaw meeting tonight. I can get you in.” My eyes narrowed, suspicion flaring. “Why risk it?” I asked, my voice low, searching his face. “What’s in it for you?” He leaned closer, his pine scent overwhelming, his voice a whisper. “You, Vera. Always you.” My heart pounded, the mate bond roaring. I couldn’t fall for this, not now. Dax coughed, breaking the tension, his eyes flicking between us. “Vera, you sure about this guy?” he muttered, his hand on his dagger, wary.

I patted his little head and ruffled his hair a little. I dropped my bag and provided a granola bar which I handed over to him. "Thank you,” he said full of smiles. I smiled back in return and nodded twice. "I'm Wayne,” Black dude said and extended his hand for a shake. "I'm Richard,” said taking his hand, “Richard Williams of the United States Special Forces at your service" I added military like, standing at attention. A gasp escaped Nick's mouth as he looked at me with surprise written all over his face. Yeah, the show wasn’t necessary, but I felt a necessity to make the environment more fun.

Everyone wants to know who the mystery woman is!” It was an image a photographer had just taken of us on the staircase when I looked at Dominic after I realized he was letting the paparazzi photograph us together. My stomach twisted as I opened it. “Victoria Russo, do as I say if you don't want your identity to be exposed.” My hands tightened around the phone as a cold wave of panic washed over me.
