Romans & histoires Viking Ranks And Titles

Doesn’t mean I feel good about making someone an orphan, even a jerk like Ryker. “Whatever, Amelia. Can I go now?” he asks with a bored huff. Chris glares at him, Tyson growls and Vitali takes a threatening step forward. “That’s 'Alpha' to you. Show some respect,,” Vitali seethes. Ryker just smirks at him, but you can still see intimidation in his eyes. Betas, Gammas, and Deltas as ranked members hold authority, and their wolves are stronger, and their words carry weight. Just not the same level as an Alpha.

“There’s more to the story though, much more. I would encourage you to visit my bookstore soon so we can discuss in detail.” “You see,” Mr. Pendergast added, “I need your assistance, Mr. Haraldsson. My daughter’s life may depend on it.” Bjorn, befuddled, swung his eyes from one man to the other. Mr. Rosewood then added, “Mr. Haraldsson, you come from a long line of Vikings, famous Nordic warriors of old. They lived at a time when people believed in magic, powerful gods, and dangerous monsters. Nearly every Viking was a fierce warrior. The question before us is, are you a warrior as well?”

I straightened my shoulders and declared, “Cassian Devereux. Heir of the Umbrafang Pack.” The man studied me in silence, his eyes sweeping from my boots to the curly mess on my head, assessing, measuring, dissecting. I held his gaze, refusing to shrink under the weight of it. Slowly, deliberately, he pushed his chair back and rose to his full height. The power rolling off him was unmistakable. Ancient. Commanding. Finally, he extended a hand, his expression unreadable. “I am Fenrik Stormborn,” he said, voice deep and resonant, carrying the weight of countless winters. “King of the Northern Wolves, bearer of the Frostfang Crown, and Warden of the Silver Peaks.”

Silas Marwood, the vile loan shark, was planning something unspeakable. Victor, the captain of the Supreme Vikings Confraternity, stood defiant despite the blood pooling around his fallen men. His red beret, adorned with the gold-plated “Eight Legs of Odin,” tilted slightly as he barked, “I’m the seventh captain of the Supreme Vikings, co-founded by Baron Cassian! Lay a hand on me, and your entire family, your generation, everything you hold dear will be obliterated!” His voice quivered, betraying his fear, though he masked it with indignation. The name Baron Cassian, a titan whose mere mention made men kneel, had always been his shield. It worked every time—until now.

I tilt my head, baring my neck so they can see the mark that sits proudly in the corner of my neck. “Blood bound?” Leinaar murmurs as she steps forward, staring at my mark. “Yes. It’s been a while since I gave her my blood,” I say. “But tonight, I have decided from this day forward that she is The Drækaari!” All eyes turn on me as Leinaar gasps, but there are many who are staring at me, the weight of my words and their meaning clear to all. The Drækaari. A title of the highest rank. A rank higher than that of a queen. There have only been a few women who have ever held this title in the history of our kind.

They have the most amazing cooks. While we eat, I asked about the hierarchy within the vampire kingdom. The vampire ranks are different, yet similar to ours. The royal family is the highest rank. The next rank is to the oldest known families or elders. Then there are the clans and the power rankings within the clans. This can be based on the purity of the bloodline, born versus made, and so forth. Some clans and the royal coven have titles similar to human aristocrats. In fact, the humans got their titles from the vampires. The first documented Duke and Duchess in history were, in fact, vampires.

I said with a dignified expression and looked at the person at the right side as a sign to start introducing "I am knight Alex Rigwario! Rank 7 your highness" "Don't bother to say your surname for now, just names" I said. Since commoners uses names it might be awkward for them because aside from Hyden, all of them are commoners "I am Carsilio rank 2!" "I am Ridan rank 4!" "I am Jonas rank 7! "i am Hyden rank 1!" "I am Kester rank 3!" "I am Josh rank 9!" "I am Miguel rank 16!" "I am Kris rank 6!"

mum replied "My wolfs name, how did you get ragnarok from Lagertha?" "Lagertha is originally a viking name" mum answered "Ok thanks mum" then ended the mind-link " mum said she had a hunch based on my wolfs name" "Your mums right, i am named after the greatest shield maden, and I have made it my lifes mission to uphold her name with honor"
