Void Blade Novels & Stories

The thoughts… they rumble in my head that there is nothing clear I can open up. “Adira…” I twitched at the soft melodious voice that suddenly rang out in the air. My gaze then starts to meander from side to side in search of whom did that come from. “Come out who you are.” “Adira… you are the blade.” “Who are you?”

As I moved after her, I watched Moira grab Valda and went to throw her out of her way like she was nothing. Valda was able to bring up a dagger and stab her with a blade made of twisted silver wrapped around wood. It could kill or wound any vampire or werewolf if it hits the right mark. It was a deadly weapon in the hands of an assassin. With the blade sticking out of the top of Moira's chest she screamed in agony before throwing Valda to the side. Valda hit her head against the stone wall before falling to the ground while groaning. Moira slowed down before looking at the blade to pull it out of herself. At the sight of where the blade was, her delicate white flash was turning to an ash-gra

“To create viable evidence.” “No,” I shake my head. This is a custom-made, one of a kind blade with only two others in circulation and he expects me to just leave it here? A two thousand one hundred dollar blade? No way, I would rather do time and snuggle it in. “I’m not leaving it here.” I tell him, “Use yours.” “Mine is a different make, Ale.” Alessio sighs. “How the hell did you even get that one?” I shrug, “I know a guy.”

She takes the dagger and looks at it. “We need to go eat.” Before they go to eat, Henry tells her, “That dagger is special. If you press the small recess in its hilt, two additional blades pop out, making it into a small trident. Hook your enemy’s blade and deflect it and allow his own forward motion to be used in your kill stroke. Just like I used yours to attack your shirt.” “Thank you, I will remember that.” They finish up the swords and quickly grab some fruit for lunch and head back to the training field for the next part of their training that day.

Kiran turned to look at Malachi and he nodded his head as well. “Kiran Sinclair, step forth and claim the first incision,” Malachi said, and I looked at the knife in Kiran’s hand. Aegishjalmur, Valknut, Triskelion, Yggdrasil, Gungnir, and Mjolnir were etched on the handle, the symbols of our ancestors and our history.

Not to offer it. To share it. Because this blade wasn’t mine. Not anymore. It was ours. And the Tower would bleed for it.

Raphael replied, "I do not plan to annihilate or conquer a race or anyone except Roosevelt, what I will do instead is forge an alliance between me and each race, just like the pact I want to propose to you, wolf." I demanded, "What pact exactly." He smirked, "Annihilating Roosevelt together, and serving me." Mars snapped, "You expect us to serve you? Who do you think you are?" Raphael gripped his sword, he looked seconds from unsheathing it, his fingers locked the hilt, I could witness frozen tendrils of mist bleeding out. "You nearly forced me to draw frostbite" So Raphael’s sword is called Frostbite Blade. The blade is long, straight, pale blue like glacier ice. It doesn’t shine. It drinks

The familiar weight settled into his grip like an old companion. For a moment he stood perfectly still, letting the quiet settle around him. Then he began. The blade moved through the air in slow, controlled arcs. Steel cut through the morning mist. Again. Again. Again. Each motion was deliberate. Measured. His breathing fell naturally into rhythm with the movement of the sword. Training had always been the only place where Adrian’s mind truly quieted. The past faded. The memories of the borderlands, the hunts, the bloodshed—they all blurred into the background.

N Y X A R A The wolf moves closer. At a pace that doesn’t ask permission. Just forward, like the distance between us was always meant to close and I’m only now catching up to that fact. I pull a blade free. Late. My fingers fumble the wrap for half a second before muscle memory snaps it into place. The sound feels too loud. Metal whispering in a forest that has gone quiet again.

Blade came back like nothing happened even though there are many things that he missed including who I truly am, and there is much pain that he failed to stop, pains that can probably change me to life, but I hope not. He promised to protect me from any pain and to not let it go through me again, but where is he? Gone for some fucking reason that who knows what and I also don't want to know it anymore.
