His Wife, His Wingman, His Regret

His Wife, His Wingman, His Regret

The color drained from his face. "My right hand is healing. I can fly again. I have a new project now. My name will be in DARPA files, on new routes, in new test records. I don't need to return to your command to prove I'm still worth choosing." Something in him seemed to give way. He looked down at the medal in his palm, his voice barely audible. "And us?" "It's over." The music continued through the hall. The projection screen kept replaying the flight path from the demonstration. People murmured, glasses touched softly, and the world moved on.

she warned. “Of course, Rose. You don’t have to worry.” “Boss, the private jet is ready,” the pilot said. “Good.” Austin cut the call and stepped out of the car with Sonia, and walked toward the jet, Robin behind them. Sonia was excited, though she tried to hide it. The flight was quiet. They sat together and Sonia was by the window, staring at the clouds. Robin sat a few rows behind. Sonia looked out the window watching nature and how beautiful it was.

Ilyria and the Lightning Bird

She looked at him. He shook his head. “Creatures of the Nemach metropolis, the place of air. I am not like them,” he sounded scornful, “My humiliation included these wings that would force me to take to the air. Anyway, there was a war. A terrible war.” Ilyria wanted to ask him more about the wings, his punishment, but she also needed to learn about the First War. She allowed him to deflect her attention. “Between the metropolises?”

Destined mate

For the first time— Cris embraced it. Dark wings tore free from his back. His eyes burned silver-black as power surged violently through him, equal and opposite to Damien’s madness. “You don’t get to die alone,” Cris growled. “Not today.” The ground shook. Cris slammed Leif into the earth, power exploding from him. Leif coughed blood and laughed. “Even if you kill me,” he rasped, “this war won’t end. Others want you dead.” Then the battle truly began.

I know what I must do, what we all must do. To my left, Akin stands tall, his obsidian wings sharp and sleek, the wind tugging at his tunic as his eyes sweep the battlefield like a soldier gauging his next strike. To my right, River’s wings are the color of deep, angry storms. They shift with energy, crackling faintly as his fists curl at his sides. The fire in him burns steady now, no longer a threat but a force I can trust.

Overnight Magnate

The War God had finally decided to join the fight. Wings, about 6 meters wide, sprouted from behind Scoop. They were as hard as steel. He soared into the air, circled about, and dove straight at Logan. "Three of you together?! Come at me!" Logan laughed, his eyes shining. He was going to challenge these three all at once!

His Lordship Alexander Kane

His Lordship Alexander Kane

The exclusive warplanes of the Temple of War were not numerous in model. In Wyverna, the military was equipped with a mix of fifth and sixth-generation fighter jets. Only the most elite ace pilots qualified for the sixth-generation jets. Under the command of the Temple of War, all of them were impressive configurations among the sixth-generation fighters, with bodies adorned in blizzards or crimson dragons, symbolizing different designations. The Lord's exclusive warplane was painted with an icy storm, symbolizing the harsh environment of the Northern Wyverna Frontier.

I was hooked in reading this book. But why the sudden ending? It doesn’t make any sense. Still have alot of loose endings what happened to black maple master? The jade pendants? This is pure money making stint.

The White Rose Of Damnation

The White Rose Of Damnation

And now, he couldn't hold it back. His wings opened—slowly, deliberately, and with their full weight. Like a beast that no longer wished to hide. There was no gentleness in them—these wings carried the weight of war, of sin, of ancient darkness. The massive black feathers unfurled from his back with a low rustle, casting shadows across the clearing. At their edges, faint streaks of red shimmered—like fire that had once been swallowed, but now burned anew. Rea watched him with wide eyes—caught between awe and something deeper. Something wordless. Her pupils dilated, her lips parted, and before she even realized it, her hand reached out. Slowly. Carefully. As though one wrong move would make h
