Warhammer 40k Orks Names Novels & Stories

Ruin War-torn battlefields and the stench of death have been my home for centuries, carving scars on my soul that mirror the carnage I’ve witnessed—and caused. A creature of destruction, condemned to forever walk this earth. Before this lifetime they used to speak my name in whispers. I was known as Conquest, the rider on the white horse. The first Horsemen to signify the end times, but oh, how wrong they were. We’ve been here since the Gods created us; watching, waiting.

The turbid breath exhaled in their slumber had the capacity to tear the fabric of the chaotic void, unveiling dreamlike cosmic chiliocosms. They were the progenitors of the extraterrestrial race, the alpha and omega of the enigmatic beings. Their names were Infernatur and Damnatur. To the uninitiated, and sometimes even to their own kind, it was widely believed that Infernatur and Damnatur were distinct entities. However, they were but facets of the same being.

Brodi huffed out a breath, shocked at his own ineptitude in getting a simple point across. He glanced back up at her and saw a glimmer of humor in her green eyes. She was laughing at him. At him! He sat up a little straighter not sure how to react. The Alpha in him wanted to be insulted and act accordingly, but making his mate happy, even at his own expense, gave him a warm feeling in his middle. He wasn't used to all these conflicting emotions. He cleared his throat before starting to speak again. "Yes, well…" "You know your name is old Norse, yes?" Kelda interrupted. "Fenrir. A son of the god, Loki. It's a very powerful name. A very powerful wolf."

The bond prickled with warning. They didn’t have to wait long. Horns blew from the north. Low, mournful, deliberate. The Ironfang banner appeared first—gray wolf on black. Then Silvermaw’s blue serpent. Then Bloodpeak’s red claw. Four hundred warriors, all armored, all watching. And at their head rode Orin Dravok. He wasn’t alone. Beside him rode Chieftain Rurik of Ironfang, a bear of a man with a scarred face and eyes that missed nothing.

"Not much until I get a detailed map. There are generally two roads. The long road goes through a system called Anvil 206. The system is heavily fortified and is a frontline in the struggle against the Ork menace. I can go deeper on that subject later. The shorter and faster route is the 'Orar passage'. It is a direct route, practically a straight line towards the system. However it brings us very close to the GrailDark Nebula which hides mainly Chaos Raiders and Eldar Corsairs. Orks will be present in that area as well, but compared to the others, they are less of a threat." Howard continued: "We know a bit about Chaos, or at least where they come from. What about these Orks you mentioned?"

I must have been gaping for God knows how long, because he suddenly cleared his throat, snapping me out of my "trance" "Did you even hear a word of what I said?" He dramatically sighed and face palmed. I stood up from my crouching position and blinked twice, getting into my fighting stance. He merely turned his back to me, clicking his tongue in disapproval. "My name is Okiro. A warlock of the five white clans of Duna. An endangered specie and the one of the last of my kind... thanks to your father's good work." What the fuck now? I'm pretty sure my eyes were as big as saucers now.

“Really? You can pronounce their names?” “Well, no. But I’ve done close approximations for them.” He handed his notebook over to me. There were rough sketches of the Masters with names next to each. Comfort, Unscathed, Dark Melody, Skull Face, Cheeser, Manly, Killdozer, Gamba and Bisquik. You had to hand it to Maurice, he put the time in. “Nice. I thought his Dad sounded more like Biscuit.” I handed the notebook back.

He was known by many disturbing names. Beast. Monster. God of War. Ice Prince. The list goes on and on. She grew just knowing his names which were enough to send a shiver of fear across kingdoms. You heard that right she only knew his name but never got to see how he looks like. This was the first time she set her eyes on him and truth be told. She expected an ugly person with scars and stitches on his face. One eyed and one ear. No arms and no fingers.

But he looked completely different. 😱 He wasn’t a monster. He wasn’t darkness. He was human. 🌙 Young. Kind. Alive. ❤️ ⸻ 🌙 The First Memory Carrier The vision continued. The young man smiled as children ran around him. People respected him. Loved him. Trusted him. 🌙 Then the Keeper’s voice echoed. 💀 “His name was Orion.” Ilyaan froze. 😨 The Null King nodded. “I was the first Memory Carrier.”
