He wrapped his salt-claws around Mama Sira’s connection, his violet eyes glowing with a parasitic hunger. "My turn to eat," he hissed. I didn't pull back. I opened the Fourth Door wider. I didn't send him light. I sent him the debt. I flooded the thread with the memory of the fire. I gave him the taste of the cellar floor and the sound of the Iron Hollow screams. I turned the bond into a conduit for every ounce of suffering the Council had caused. Silas shrieked. His salt-armor turned black, cracking into jagged shards that fell into the void. The silver thread snapped from his grip, recoiling like a wounded snake.

SIERRA I sat on my bed, hugging my knees, staring out the window. The moon was high. Full. Bright. But it wasn’t the moon that bothered me. It was the feeling inside me. A pull. Soft. Gentle. Strange. Then… “Sierra,” a voice whispered. I blinked. Looked around. No one was there. But when I closed my eyes, I saw it. A realm I had never seen before. The sky was silver, glowing. The ground shimmered like soft dust, and tall trees glowed white, like they were made of light.

"Which is why you're going to shut up and let me work instead of charging in like idiots." Marcus and I exchanged glances but stayed silent. Sienna drew symbols on the ground—complex patterns that made my wolf uneasy. She murmured words in a language I didn't recognize, hands carving through air like she was shaping invisible clay. Reality shuddered. The forest... shifted. Trees that had looked normal a second ago now stood in completely different positions. Paths rearranged themselves. And there—maybe thirty yards ahead— Kael and twenty warriors stood frozen mid-movement, trapped in a pocket of warped space.

The two people persuaded Sian and finally brought the reluctant Sian back to the Malcolm Family. (I will begin calling Sisu as Sian in order not to cause confusion, since basically, the real Sian is dead now.) Since Sian still has recollection and had all of the real Sian’s memory, she could imitate her and there’s not much of a problem. Besides Sian could basically live all by herself and is a quiet child, at 17, Sian is a peerless beauty and Sian is pretty satisfied with how Sian lived her life normally. Ryker questioned her with a serious look. Sierra let out a calm breath and nodded her head teary-eyed “I realized some things in the woods last night and when I was alone today… even if the Ruth hurts, it needs to be let out. I love the Twin Alphas, they are my best friends but I want Aiden.” Sierra confessed. “I’m glad you know what you want,” Ryker said to her and patted her shoulder but then a vampire sped up to him and punched him to the ground. “You’re not allowed to touch the King’s bride” she snarled at Ryker who was struggling to set back his dislocated joints.

Brandon roared next to me, enraged at the notion, and to my disgust, Prince Cersai didn't look too pleased, either. "Mommy, what's happening??! She's ruining our plans!" Sierra whispered, yelled in my ear while everyone else was distracted. I looked down at that girl, while her mouth was slack jaw and wished to the Goddess that she was killed off years ago or that she died in that fucking coma. Flashback: about 2 weeks ago...

Qiu Bai threw another at Si Ning raising his hand to support his chin as he narrowed his eyes, almost like his eyes were closed. If Si Ning wasn’t looking at him, he would have thought his eyes were closed. It was hard for Si Ning to reply instantly, it was a tricky question and he had to first put himself into the Second Prince's shoes.
