The warriors we had available were trained harder than every other warrior we've had in the history of the Moon Crescent pack. —there, we have to pay for losing good men in battle. I continued laying on the bed, about to drift off into a beautiful sleep w, when the door to my bedroom cracked open, and the woman who had made herself known to me, and a sigh left my lips.

The safe one. But I wasn’t going to let her ruin this. Not when what I had with Ace felt real in a way nothing else ever had. I opened my notebook and started to doodle instead. It was safer. Less pressure. I drew Ace, messy hair, crooked grin, broad shoulders, and gave him armor. Actual armor. A little cartoon version of him holding a fire hose like a sword. Above his head, I scribbled, “Rookie gato in shining armor.” It made me laugh, which helped.

“And we refuse to follow an Alpha who is blinded by a woman who will lead us all to ruin.” The warriors moved as one, unsheathing their weapons, forming a solid wall between Atlas and me. And in that moment, I realized. They weren’t here to challenge Atlas. They were here to take me. I moved to step forward, but in an instant, the warriors surged. A pair of strong hands grabbed me, twisting my arms behind my back. I snarled, struggling against their grip, but another warrior struck the back of my knees, forcing me down. Atlas let out a vicious growl, his power flooding the room as his wolf fought for dominance.

Her friends giggled. Even I couldn’t stop my mouth from laughing at these girls. Yes, the warriors looked like they came out of a magazine cover titled Alpha Candy. One of them flexed his arms and kissed his biceps, knowing very well a group of she-wolves was watching. His eyes met mine and he winked. I immediately got repulsed. “Let’s go,” I said to Alicia. “Come on, a little while more,” she whined, staring at a warrior on the side with his arms crossed across his chest, looking at his warriors with disgust.

His mate was in love with his rival. Artemis and Xavier watch Alexander leave the palace. They knew what happened to him and his mate as it wasn't the best outcome for a person like Alexander. Sara stood up from the bed and rushed to the window. Below was a black large cat. It's was as large as Aldophus wolf except the gold eyes and a more fuller tail. Sara bit her lips to stop herself from making sounds as she sobbed quietly. Now she knew how it felt, it was heart wrenching. Alexander would be the one to feel it most.

I watch him pass me and note the lettering on the back of his cut. Nightmare Warriors.

I stated. "You will help me? Can you even fight?" She scrunched her nose, eyeing me up and down. "Ouch" Jia whispered. She knows my mate is insulting me, but I can't do anything about it. What she thinks? Am I a small kid? I can't fight? She doesn't know who I am. "Don't worry my people will help you we have the huge number of strong Warriors capable of taking down a huge army." Alpha said proudly.

Jared said. "A while," Kai repeated. "Well, I have a mate, so I wasn't alone for a while and I have a family," Jared said. "Really, that's interesting, no wonder there was a female scent in this room," Kai muttered. "Your mate, is she also a fighter?" Kai asked. "No, she handles decorations," Jared replied. "I would love to see her skill, maybe I could partner her up with Xylah," he commented. "Oh that would be too much of a favor and I don't think I will be able to pay such a favor," Jared says.
