CHAPTER THIRTY SEVEN CAMILLE'S POV : "It's the Warriors feast. Tell her that" he said as he released me and I left. The warrior feast, that means the warriors will be here tonight, dining together. A warriors feast is a celebration of victories or other accomplishments. It is typically a grand and elaborate affair, with plenty of food, drink, and entertainment.At a warrior's feast, the warriors who have achieved great feats in battle or other endeavors are honored and celebrated. The feast itself often consists of a large variety of dishes, including meats, grains, and vegetables. There may also be various types of drink, such as ale, mead, or wine. Entertainment may include music, dancing.

On it were several golden-brown honey oat cakes, but one of them was slightly burnt on the edge and not perfectly shaped.

Baking it darkened the color of the petals to an inky purple, leaving sparkling sugar crystals trapped within. The petals were especially sweet, while the leaves held an earthy taste. But the stamen was a savory salty delight. After tasting each section, Clarissa ate heartily until her stomach was full. ‘How’s your dinner?’ Clarissa asked Mimi, who had devoured most of his meal and was licking the remaining bones. ‘They know how to prepare a deer.’ Mimi purred contentedly. Kitty smiled inward. Kitty took it out of the bag, the paper bag looked like the ones in a bookstore, but the cake looked homemade. The rectangular aluminum foil pan was as big as Kitty’s hand. Pieces of chopped strawberries sank on top of creamy frosting. The icing was slightly smudged on the cover since it rested on its side but was still enticing. “Thanks, mom!” “Glad you like it, dear,” the old lady said sadly. Bianca was on the opposite end of the unit, back facing Kitty in front of the static television. She was busy looking at the hamster cage. Kitty went towards her, but Bianca didn’t turn.
