Wealthy Italian Surnames Novels & Stories

Gio’s eyes widen. “Are you fucking serious?” Gio’s voiced cracked. “Yes, papa.” “Gio, what’s going on?” I asked. “Salvatore. They are almost as strong as we are. They are the top family in Italy.” “Does that mean you will be moving to Italy?” I asked in surprise.

He heaved a heavy sigh, shaking his head as if it was too hard for him to continue. “Leonidas,” I provided, recalling the name had been mentioned a few times previously. “Leonidas Aglieri,” he pronounced the surname in a perfect Italian accent. That name did not ring any bell so I did not say anything. “The son of u Signurinu,” said Eros. The only Italian mafia I knew was Al Capone. “Um, who?”

he tilted his head to the side, "Reveal you'll like to hear." Well, If it was that guy, the only one in the room apart from the both of them, with a hat like that and that set chin, well, that guy didn't look like the bearer of good news. His day was about to be ruined. "You should tell him what you told me," Vito said. The man nodded, then, turning to Victor, began, "Mark Silvianno, brother to Claudio Silvianno, was the second son of Rothschild Agnelli, a household name when you speak of owners of diamond mines and streaks of court cases."

He patted me on the back but didn't reciprocate, "Don't be so dramatic, let's go, the road to Sicily is long, and I have unfinished business." *LORENZO* "What do you know about Fabrizio Santelli? I heard that old Giuseppe is about to leave his position to his son, that cheater and good for nothing; I don't understand how it is possible that he is so blind to leave his family's business to him."

Ryan asked as soon as he finished laughing. "Ryan, I don't know who they are. It's your family, you tell me." Andrea grimaced. She was only being nice because he was kind enough to give her such an amount minutes after they met each other for the first time. "Oh, you're serious." Ryan finally accepted, "The Meyers were involved in the founding of Italy. Their power spread all over Italy and towards America. Frankly speaking, they are really powerful with a company net worth worth tens of billions of dollars."

Because it was impossible to receive this phone call in noisy indoor, Marco strode towards the balcony. An unfamiliar number. "With Marco Bruni, the manager of actress Lucrezia Verga here. Can I help you?" Marco closed the glass door connecting the suite room with the balcony, so that the girls' voices would not interfere. "I'm Luciano Romano from The Romano Group. I have an interesting offer for you, Signor Bruni." A voice replied on the other side. Marco was silent for a moment, not quite believing with his own ears. Romano. He didn't hear it wrong, right? The Romano who was a family of whale-class millionaires in Italy? Marco even thought that the family was secretly related to the mafia.

Marco said. “Like Cardi B. So what are their surnames? I know Gio is short for Giovanni.” “They are Sicilianos.” “What?” Her hand on my arm tightened, eyes widening. “They’re your cousins?” “Yeah. I thought it was obvious, but if people ask them, they use Brunetti.”

“They turned you into a weapon for your family, but you carry your last name like a burden.” I don’t let it show how fucking true that statement is. The Vittori family is Cosa Nostra royalty; we’ve always held the mantle of Capo Dei Capi since my great-grandfather moved here from Venice. He built our name from the ground up and earned our place amongst the Gods of the criminal underworld. But it is more than a burden; my last name is like a fucking boulder crushing me under its weight of expectation. I’ll never admit it to anyone, though, especially not to Kaius Tulvan.

“I’m going to tell you everything you need to know. I won’t keep anything, but promise not to interrupt me until I’m done. Do you?” I forced my head to nod. Then she started, “My father was wealthy. You didn’t know this because he died before you were born. He belonged to a fraternity where only the top one percent of wealthy people across nations belong to. They called themselves ‘I Signori’. In English, they are called ‘The lords’.” I swallowed, her narration sounding like a fictitious story, but I listened—with all of me.

I folded my hands below my chest, my interest suddenly piqued. “Oh, really?” I asked sarcastically. Thinking about it now, Abel had been acting like a sycophant around me since he got to know my name, and up until now, I hadn’t really thought about how he even got to know me. “Who do you think I am that she could tarnish my image?” I asked him, sounding like I was really eager to hold a conversation with him, and Abel began to feel really relaxed. “You are Dante De Luca, and I know that your clan is one of the wealthiest and most powerful in Italy. You have the biggest assets in the entire country,” he responded.
