Weirdcore Eyes Black Background Novels & Stories

I log into my job's attendance app and request a personal day. After I shower, I look into my eyes. The longer I stare, the darker the mirror becomes. Inside, I see several black shadows standing beside me. I turn to face them, but nothing's there. Back facing the mirror, they become one and move directly behind me. Once they're no longer visible, I gaze deep into my soul. My dark brown pupils appear black. The longer I stare, the more I see this blue hue. It's a lovely shade of extra dark blue, outlining the brown.

She almost shouted in disbelief, weirdly staring at me as we'd both climbed inside the car. "Yeah, it seems that his eyes kinda change colors sometimes like they turn golden and start glowing and other times they just turn completely black. Does that make any sense?"
