Initially, the process will be excruciating as bones realign and muscles stretch, but over time, the pain will diminish until it's no longer felt.

At the age of 21 everyone is developed enough to transform into wolf form. For some, it will automatically happen on their birthday. For others, it takes some more effort. Sometimes exercises like meditation can help to find your inner wolf and on rare occasions, a traumatic event is needed. I let out a final, ear piercing howl, and then I was gone, running into the night with no control over my actions. The silvery moonlight illuminated my path, casting an ethereal glow over the landscape as I disappeared into the darkness.

Logan shouted, looking at me with a serious look. “Let me go there, Emma. I can help him,” he said in a low voice, but I could feel the nervousness behind his words. Before I could say anything else, Adolf quickly transformed into a werewolf. He roared once more, and the wolves around him fled in fear. The sight of this transformation shocked me, and I felt like the whole world had stopped. “What happened?” I whispered, unable to believe what I had just seen. Adolf, now in his werewolf form, was still standing in the middle of the cage, and his gaze was one of helplessness. “Adolf!” I shouted again, trying to reach out to him. “We’re here! Come back to me!”

Adrian was trying to transform and that is into his wolf form. I have read about werewolves and figured out they transformed when they were very furious and burning in rage.

"It's Kaelira." The wolf froze. A shudder ran through his entire frame, a ripple of agony that seemed to move under his skin. Then, the shift began. Kaelira couldn't look away, even as her stomach churned. It was more violent than the others. Zayden’s transformation looked like a battle with himself. He fell to his knees as his human form took shape, his hands clawing at the earth, his back arching in a silent scream. When it was over, he slumped forward, his forehead resting against the damp moss. He was human again, but he looked broken.

The cry of a baby echoed in the room, but Tren merely looked at the child before taking the blood of the she-wolf he killed and drinking it without hesitation. A minute passed and the bones in his body started to emit crackling sounds with his flesh squirming and changing shape along with his hair growing long and with a brown shade. Tren’s tall and slender body suddenly changed into a smaller and thin one as he changed to an exact replica of the she-wolf that is lying lifeless on the floor.
