They wore rough clothes, leather and wool, stained, worn, and filthy. With them was a werewolf wielding a bow, an arrow nocked and aimed. He was dressed like the rest in pants and boots, his hair a tangled mess alongside the eye patch that he wore proudly. “They don’t look like they have anything to say,” a man with a flat nose said.

The three werewolves moved with silent precision, their dark outfits blending seamlessly with the shadows inside the house. They were a formidable team, each bringing their unique skills to the hunt. As they stepped out into the city night, the urban landscape seemed to hold its breath, waiting for the clash that would soon unfold.

“It wasn’t my choice.” Following his line of sight, someone in a black cloak standing in the distance facing the wolf. They wore a neon fox mask, curves that danced wildly to enhance the cunningness. It glowed an electric pink and white that was hypnotizing, intricate patterns running alongside the glowing lines. The last component was the large eyes, utterly captivating in a gold glow. The aura of mystery plagued by a sense of familiarity. Echo roared that it thundered throughout the silent crowd, everyone on the edge of their seats especially at the appearance of The Werewolf King.

I purred, my voice laced in sarcasm as I pouted my lips. “Aww... Poor, lonely Enzo.” He scowled, his deep voice cutting through the air. “Wear your damn mask.” I rolled my eyes and held my mask. It had a peacock design, with feathers affixed to the sides. Golden detailing lined the edges, giving it a delicate yet exotic look. I put it on, and it shielded my features, except for my eyes and lips. I turned to look at him. His mask was the design of a wolf, its expression a scowl just like the one he carried permanently on his face. The only covered parts of his face were his forehead and eyelids. His eyes, nose, and mouth were exposed.

My eyes narrowed. “The mask is designed to hide your aura,” He referred to Maverick. “It will help distort your voice, block scent tracking and also cloaks your magical signature and facial recognition” He said. I took the mask, staring and admiring it. A key for walking into human spaces without detection. “It’s bound to your energy,” Ardan said. “Only you can remove it. And if it breaks... we have problems.” I crossed my arms. “So you’re going to play Batman now?”

But I couldn't help but marvel at the artistry and creativity of their outfits. Now, some of the fellows who had come with me from my community also brought masks. But theirs were way prettier than the average werewolf’s. The masks were like miniature masterpieces, each one unique in design and color, from delicate lace veils to ornate, feathered creations. They added an air of mystery and intrigue to the party, veiling the identities of the guests and enhancing the allure of the evening.

All she saw was flashes of the masked man. His entire body was black showcasing his huge physique, including his muscles and veins. His pecs stood proudly with a claw necklace that had skulls in between them which slightly fell to the shoulders. The mask covered his entire face with ears on his head that gave a perfect description of a werewolf in human form because of his wolf-like shaped face but he wasn't too hairy. He had an armor around his waist that covered up his pelvis, well designed vambraces on his forearms and detailed greaves on his legs each.
