The pup's eyes sparkled with admiration and a hint of shyness as he approached his Alpha. "Alpha Caleb," Jacob said, his voice filled with awe. "I want to be as brave and strong as you one day. Can you teach me?" Caleb knelt down, a warm smile adorning his face. "Of course, young Jacob," he replied, his voice gentle. "Every member of our pack has the potential for greatness. With dedication, training, and the support of your pack, you can achieve anything." The young pup's eyes lit up, his determination shining through. Caleb placed a reassuring hand on Jacob's shoulder, instilling confidence in the young werewolf.

I asked with narrowed eyes. “Of course!” She replied with a slightly displeased expression on her face. “I know what a werewolf looks like y'know.” She said. “I am sorry if you feel offended by my doubt but being able to transform at the young age of seven is simply unheard of.” I said with a sigh escaping my lips. “That might be true but I knew what happened to me so I am telling you right now, that I did learn how to control my wolf powers at the age of seven.” She said with a confident look.

He shows his teeth as if he was ready to bite Accalia and his saliva is dripping as if he that a delicious meal is right in his front.

As wolves we experience our first shift between the ages of 13-15, although we can't recognize our mate until we reach the age of 18. Werewolf pups aren’t that different from human children in that they are both very naïve and honest. If one of our pups is around a human when they are very young, there is a good chance that they would say something to reveal us to the humans. It has happened a few times, but thankfully most humans brush it off as kids with wild imaginations. This is why we limit contact with the humans until the pups are older and they understand the importance of discretion.

My eyes cast downward. "Sorry, bad joke." "Did I hurt you last night?" "No. But...has this happened before?" "When you get to a certain age as a wolf, it's a rite of passage to experience it. I guess kind of like a human's sixteenth birthday or maybe their twenty-first. They do it so we understand what it's like in case we ever encounter it."

It’s been a fast couple of weeks, and he has grown so much already, werewolves tend to grow quicker, but I didn’t expect just how big he’s already gotten. He’s already holding his head up and pats his Mommy’s boob like he’s grown. I stood over them and shook my head, “dude those are my toys, don’t play with them, you only get to eat from them.” I put my finger out and he grabbed onto it as he suppled from my toy, “you’re cruel little man,” I swear he smiled at me.

The second my paws hit the ground, I ran through the trees, dirt spraying under my feet. As I approached, I saw a massive shadow… over a tiny wolf pup, its claws raised to shred the poor thing into pieces. Its fur was filthy and its snarl was low, its fangs dripped with blood. The pup was definitely not its first prey. Its eyes were glowing yellow… goddess.. they weren’t human, weren't wolf either. I slammed into it and both of us crashed to the ground. I went straight for its throat, jaws snapping, but damn… it was strong. Too strong for me.
