My wolf heightened my senses, and I listened carefully, picking up the faint sound of voices not far ahead. I followed the sound, my heart pounding, until I saw them. Lily. She was on the ground, her face pale, her eyes wide with fear. Stella stood over her, a knife glinting in her hand. “You should’ve stayed hidden,” Stella hissed, raising the blade. My body moved before I could think. A roar tore from my throat as I lunged forward, grabbing Stella and throwing her to the ground. She screamed, thrashing against me, but I didn’t care. Rage consumed me as I let my wolf take over. My claws extended, and with one swift motion, I ripped her heart from her chest.

The other two wolves have finally managed to get over here, and they pushed him off me, they attacked him, they left bloody marks over each other since they drew first blood from me, they went frantic, they went crazy, and they were ready to kill each other. I looked at them with fear filling my eyes, I was in pain, but the pain wasn't the worst thing that was going on, it wasn't my arm that was hurting, it was my heart that was aching, how could my three souls be fighting with each other, my heart was attacking itself, darkness, and pain were filling my head then.

he thundered again. My body began to tremble, bones shifting, skin rippling. I wasn’t in control. Within seconds, my wolf had taken over. She didn’t hesitate. With a snarl, she leapt forward and landed on the Alpha’s lifeless chest. Her claws dug into his ribcage, and with a grotesque crack, she tore into him. Heat pulsed beneath the bones. The Heartstone glowed with an eerie, red ancient light. She clamped her jaws around it and ripped it free.

The ground beneath us trembled, as if the earth itself feared what was about to come. The hearts began to levitate, their forms bathed in the pulsating light of the circle. The hybrid’s heart was the first to rise higher, its pulse matching the rhythm of Andromeda’s voice. The virgin witch’s heart followed, its magic shimmering like a veil of starlight. Finally, the heart of the treacherous wolf ascended, its energy dark and raw, a reminder of the betrayal that had paved the way for this moment.

If only nature hadn’t done that injustice then maybe the world would be different now. A painful scream pulled me back into reality. I stretched my head from behind him in an attempt to see what was happening. He was hoisting a grey wolf up in the air. He plunged his hand into the other’s chest, grasped its heart in his claws, and ripped it out. Then he dropped the heart, which was still beating, at my feet as if it was an offering.

But to her, it was the classical music that she had been yearning to hear for months. She was definitely on cloud nine. Her thirst had been quenched by this French hottie for less than an hour. Rozelyn hoisted her lower body for a bit and spread her legs wider, making Han’s manhood enter deeper. And so it did reach deeper, deeper. She could feel him in her stomach—in her wet core. The fire in the fireplace suddenly bursts into flames—a signal for the Empath werewolf that the Thaumaturge vampire was nearing the summit.

As Jenna and Logan celebrated their victory, they suddenly heard a loud roar coming from the forest. They looked up and saw a huge, black wolf standing at the edge of the clearing. The wolf's eyes glowed yellow, and it snarled at Jenna and Logan. Jenna felt her heart skip a beat. She knew that this was no ordinary wolf—it was an Alpha werewolf, and it was here for revenge.

I scream as I hold it away from biting my head off, his body pressing on mine. I am not losing this fight, not tonight. I raise my fist and hit him on his chest. It stops for a second as the wolf looks as if shocked and caught by surprise. I don’t stop pushing my fists and I feel warm and I scream again, and I flex my fingers, and I know I am inside its chest. I want its heart. And so I hold its heart in my chest. we are not looking at each other as I hold the pumping heart and without seeing tonight, I pluck it out, withdrawing my hand from his chest.

She mustered every ounce of courage within her, pushing past the paralyzing fear that threatened to consume her. With a surge of determination, Olivia cried out again, her voice raw with desperation. "Please!" she pleaded, her words a desperate plea for mercy. The werewolf recoiled, its eyes widening in response to the unexpected plea. She stared into the creature's eyes, her own filled with a mixture of fear and desperation. She saw a flicker of humanity within those depths, a glimmer of recognition that whispered of a shared vulnerability. The air crackled with uncertainty, as if the werewolf wrestled with conflicting emotions.
