Neon Mates Novels & Stories

Mew nodded his head and said "I know either than Filo, no one can stand my energy, that's what I told to my pack elders. If I continue the matting process for my sake, he might die." Zee interrupts the serious conversation and said "Again. I don't understand. How is that possible to mate a male??" Mew sighed and said "That's not important here because that's never gonna happen. so we can't go further about that thing." Zee said "Ok. Even though I am curious. I will search for some information." Ohm shooked his head in disbelief and said "Suits yourself." Mew asked all "Ok then how is your Luna's doing.?"

I can't hide the truth from him forever. That's all I have been thinking about for the rest of the day. I am tired of all this lamentation. Gosh! I have hardly been with Damien for a day! Why can't I just move on and everything goes back to normal? Because we are meant to be together, I answer myself. Mates stick with each other for the rest of their lives unless one rejects the other. That's it! Rejection! If I reject Damien and refuse to be his mate, then the mate bond can be broken! If I am lucky, then the moon goddess will give me a second chance. I'll get another mate who my family can accept as well as my pack!

He nodded as if he were listening, but then boldly asked, “So, what are you looking for in a mate? Loyal? Strong? Could protect you…if you needed it?” Mate? On top of everything, who uses the word ‘mate?’ Except... no! They no longer existed. She looked at him from the corner of her eyes. “I’m sorry, but what does this have to do with my creating a social presence for D.E.N. Inc.?”

She smiles reassuringly. I am nervous about my mate. Actually, I am also thinking about not having a mate. I can't transform into a werewolf so there is a possibility that I don't have a mate. And I know if I will have a mate he will reject me as his mate. I felt a sudden needle in my chest. It hurts, the reality is so painful for me.

he replies, his voice low and husky with emotion. My breath is caught in my throat, my mind struggling to process his words. Mate? The word echoes in my mind, sending a shiver down my spine. "What?" I blurt out, my voice filled with disbelief. "We're mates?" Hugh nods solemnly, his gaze never leaving me. "Yes, Anastasia. When a werewolf finds their mate, they feel a thrilling sensation through touch, and an even greater kind of sensation through a kiss. It's a bond that goes beyond words, beyond reason. And I've felt it with you since the moment we met."

This meeting must be a form of ceremony because that is only when mates dress up like this and the setting outside is used. To satisfy her curiosity, “what’s going on?” Freya asked. “Care to brief me before I make myself look like a complete idiot out there.” Dante readjusted his sash and began talking. “We’ve been so busy that none of us kept track of time and how fast it went by. Today is the full moon and the last moon chosen for us to mate. It’s our bonding ceremony, Freya.” Her eyes tingled and her head spun. “Wait. What?” Rubbing her chin, “you mean that something as important as this is what you are casually telling me now? I knew something was up.”

They can’t be if they are already each other's. Cam- Ready to meet our mate? Temperance- So, he is here? Cam- Yep! “Cam says my mate is here,” Temperance smiles at Sebastian. “Cole says the same thing,” Sebastian smiles at Temperance. The clock rings midnight, and the pack gasps as both, Temperance and Sebastian, say “MATE.”

Does he think I'm happy being here? I just want to get out of here and go back to my normal freaking life. I don't want a mate. Mates are myths and filled with the stupidest stuff in their heads with no brains; I hate them so much. They are never loyal nor faithful but think of themselves and the fun they are going to have, forgetting that we are at a low point here and don't give a fuck about us; who cares anyway? I don't want one and so shall it be; I don't give a damn...

I asked, breaking the silence. Kaia made another face at Saige before looking at me, “Mates is short for soulmates. Our parents always talk about being each other soulmates and since Saige obviously still can’t put together a proper sentence, she says mates. Basically, for the game, we’re parents and they’re parents” she explained. Well that makes sense. “Oh! Okay! Then we’re mates then!” I said happily. Kaia laughed and rolled her eyes, “Only in this game. We can’t possibly be mates in real life” she said before walking to a nearby bench to put her book down. These kids are funny. I don’t know what they are but they seem like great people.

I responded. He snorted. “It’s about time.” If Neon finds out about this, he’s not gonna like it and I don’t think I would be able to bear the consequences. “How does his mate look like?” I rolled my eyes at his questions. “You will know once you see her, Neon has marked her already, so she smells like him, has brown eyes, black hair, has a slender figure, and a...” I wasn’t gonna agree that she was pretty. “Pretty?” He chuckled from the other end.
