“What the fuck do you mean by that? We had sex once-” “Now she has you by the balls,” I chuckle, watching as he clenches his jaw and grinds his teeth. “And from what I’ve heard, she’s got it pretty bad, too.” He simply sighs when I say this, then shakes his head. “I know what you’re doing and it’s not going to work, Vega,” he grumbles, white-knuckling the steering wheel. “She’s a fucking werewolf, anyway.” “Half-wolf, half-succubus, and last I checked, Succubi worship the same Goddess as Vampires,” I add, having learned that from Luna Caterina.

But when I took a step forward, she reacts growling looking around us, and there was a white wolf almost the same size as hers, the white wolf takes human form, she was Serena's mother, her presence didn't indicate me anything good and so it was because I don't know from where but a dagger was thrown behind her and it was going directly to Serena. He had hoped to find the woman he loved, the one who had touched his soul, but instead, he faced a stranger born from the ashes of vengeance and pain. Before their conversation could progress any further, chaos erupted. The werewolf warriors who had secretly followed Amareux burst into the vampire clan, their fury unleashed in a wave of violence. The halls echoed with the clash of steel, the screams of the fallen mingling with the sounds of destruction. Amidst the pandemonium, Arayah's eyes burned with a newfound fire. The massacre unfolding around her only fueled her anger, her thirst for revenge. She rallied her vampire allies, leading them in a counter-attack against the werewolf pack.

"I do not need to transform to beat you. You are beneath me! You always have been. I'll tear you into tiny little pieces while in my human form. That's how insignificant you are." Her words didn't sting, they just portrayed just how proud she was. Even after realizing I was a full werewolf, she would rather die than prove that she had to transform to beat me. Well, it was in my own benefit. It would make everything a whole lot easier. "So you discovered your wolf a few weeks ago and you've probably learned one or two tricks and you feel like some kind of warrior. You're a fucking idiot!" She pounced on me in seconds, raising an arm to gut me in the stomach but I blocked it off, raising my pa

*** The once quiet manor suddenly transformed into a den of chaos as the werewolves rushed out of their rooms, taking on the Slayers. The guns forcefully took on the wolves once the Slayers shot at them. They ripped out hearts and tore into the souls of the wolves. Their eyes shone with the need for revenge and blood lust. The women were massacred. The children slain. Logan could barely grasp what was happening. He saw his father fighting off the Slayers while ducking as they shot. His beta was out as well and so was Tiago. The people they had intended to kill at dawn had taken them all by surprise.

I heard Bazaar. I then know what the dark smoke was. It was wolfbane the substance they discovered to kill and weaken a wolf. The wolfsbane was now causing me difficulty breathing. My eyes run water and my vision became blurry still I didn't close my eyes. My eyes remained half-opened until I saw the dark dust that surrounded us slowly disappeared. When it did everyone within the wall was lying on the floor still and scared. It was not easy seeing them since my vision was still a bit blurry, but there was one image I could see clearly, and that was a white large werewolf that appears to be a she-wolf lying on the ground with a knife in its heart, covered in bright red blood. Bazaar walked ov

I scanned the trees in front of us and my eyes fell into the grass with rash movements, just near a chir pine tree. “Quinn, East!” I shouted as I felt something from the east running in our direction. Quinn nodded and immediately positioned her bow to release the arrow with poison. With a bolt, Quinn calmly let go of the arrow when a big brown werewolf appeared. This is our first time to see a brown-haired werewolf, most of the hunts we’ve been to have black or grey fur. “Brown?” Rendall asked as we saw the arrow hit its leg and growl in pain.

"I believe the opposing natures of lycanthropy and sorcery have somehow... split. Manifested into individual entities that are both fighting for dominance." Something icy slid through my chest. "What do you mean?" My voice was barely a whisper. Abigail glanced at the others, then back at me. "Think about it. A werewolf is instinct. Feral. Pack-driven. Physical. A sorceress is intellect. Solitary. Calculated. Magical in and out of the laws of nature. They're opposites, Harlyn." Her expression darkened. "And you grew up never really nurturing either of them.“ I felt like I was starting to understand where she was headed considering the last conversation I had with my doppelganger.

I possess an unquenchable thirst for the thrill of the hunt and the taste of fresh blood. I moved to the bar, needing something to do with my hands. "I want answers." She stood in the center of my living room like she was ready for a fight. "How did you get that photograph?" I poured two glasses of whiskey, expensive stuff that usually helped me think clearly, but unfortunately its not going to help, not tonight. "Your son shifted on a playground three weeks ago." I held out a glass to her. She did not take it. "A three-year-old werewolf pup, golden eyes, no pack scent. Word travels fast in our circles."
