Lion Werewolf Novels & Stories

"What do you think you'll transform into this time?" His two friends laughed loudly. "A flea wolf!" "A forest rat!" "Hahaha!" Raven gritted his teeth. It hurt. Not from the push. But because they might be right. Tomorrow was a very important day. The Blood Moon Festival only happens once every five years. On that night, the moon's energy reached its peak. Teenagers who had turned eighteen would undergo a ritual to awaken their true powers. Some became Betas. Some became Gammas. A few talented ones might even become Alphas. It all depended on each werewolf's abilities.

The last word hit like a blow. Rhunar’s breath caught. “You’re a werewolf, not a Lycan,” he said slowly, as though saying it too fast would break her further. “Your family are all werewolves. You’re a Packlander.” He took a cautious step closer, hands raised slightly as if approaching a wild animal. Even his eyes softened for a heartbeat before hardening again.

Lily and Gabrielle had been walking for a long while now. They had already made their way out of Gabrielle’s house and were on a trail that led to a dense forest. “It might seem hard to believe but both the Lunar Wolves and the Red moon are werewolves from different races. They are hardly friendly with each other. Werewolves are divided into three races. The two major race are the white wolves, and the black wolves while the last and most powerful are the silver wolves. The silver wolves are unique and hard to find. They also make up the major rulers of the werewolf clan.” Gabrielle explained as they continued their walk into the forest.

“ I'm not going to keep telling you what happened. Lena, Dad will be getting off soon. We don't have time to stop and catch you up. “ I slide down into my seat, saying sorry. I'm not even in the mood to argue at this point. Torrine rolls her eyes and says, “You didn't miss much. We saw a human turn into a wolf. The eyes changed color, and the body transformed into an animal. It looked painful. “ I'm looking at the excitement in torrines eye. She quickly presses play and shushes everyone. Now I'm thinking of the night I was in the field and how my eyes changed. I quickly ask can I see that remote? Grabbing the remote, I rewind for five minutes. Gaia screams, “Stop! You're going too far !” pre

"How do you feel?" "Are you okay?" I ignored her question with one of my own. Her eyes shifted to my figure before looking back down on her own and shrugging. "I guess it's better than a mausoleum." My eyes cast downward. "Sorry, bad joke." "Did I hurt you last night?" "No. But...has this happened before?" "When you get to a certain age as a wolf, it's a rite of passage to experience it. I guess kind of like a human's sixteenth birthday or maybe their twenty-first. They do it so we understand what it's like in case we ever encounter it."

Night after night, Black gazed up at the moon, beseeching Selene to lend him the strength to triumph over his foes. Touched by Black's fervent devotion, Selene answered his prayers. She granted him the ability to shift into a wolf, merging his human essence with the spirit of the wild. Black became the first werewolf, a creature of duality, mastering the balance between his human intelligence and the instincts of the wolf.

LIAM’S POV: "I woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside my window. I sat up on my bed and stretched, feeling the familiar tingle of energy that came with the start of a new day. I looked in the mirror and saw my reflection staring back at me. I looked completely normal, just like any other human. But deep down, I knew I was different. I was a werewolf. I could hear the sounds of breakfast in the kitchen below me. Yes,I haven’t been able to transform yet but as a werewolf,we can hear voices and be able to know your smell and all.

"The word 'werewolf' originates from Old English, where 'were' means 'man' or 'human' and 'wulf' refers to 'wolf.' It signifies the combination of human and wolf, the duality that defines the essence of a werewolf." With a graceful sweep of her hand, Freda continued, "Werewolves can be classified into different types, each possessing unique characteristics and traits. There are those who inherit their lycanthropic nature through bloodline, passing down the werewolf lineage through generations. These are known as 'pure-blood werewolves,' and their connection to their wolf nature runs deep within their very being."

He chuckled as he sat down on the empty bench across from Katie and me. I looked up to meet his gaze and he smiled that gorgeous grin at me again. The brunette girl Lauren huffed and rolled her eyes annoyed that he had sat down to talk to me. "That's better. So these markings are a gift from the Moon Goddess. And don't feel bad for being curious about them, everyone is when they first meet me. When I got them the council literally inspected them with a magnifying glass which was weird. No one alive has ever seen anything like this before because they are the markings of a blessed wolf. I'm the first one born in three centuries. The blessed Full Lunar Wolf. I didn't have these until I shifted

The two girls chorused in unison and Riya rolled her eyes as she realized that she had been defeated. “That does not make any sense at all, would it not just be better to just run around the streets and howl at the moon like true Lycanthropy believers?” Riya said sarcastically and sat on the couch beside Issa. “Since traditionally Werewolves turn at the sighting of a full moon, and we can’t do that so we are simply paying homage to them by doing a werewolf and Lycan movie marathon. You don’t have to watch it if you don’t want to and if you are in the mood to howl at the moon you should definitely have at it.” Sheila answered cheekily and joined them on the couch.
