THE WRONG TWIN FOR THE RIGHT ALPHA

THE WRONG TWIN FOR THE RIGHT ALPHA

I slid under his arms, seeking a safe place to catch my breath. I noticed a playful smile on his lips, but I chose to ignore it. "Will the transformation hurt?" I lowered my gaze and whispered. "First, your bones start to break, sending you to the ground," his eyes were closed. "Then, thick fur will grow all over your body. The limb stretching, I think that's the most thrilling part of the pain." The Alpha teased with a flicker of his tongue before continuing. "Next comes the shortening of the snout and the development of sharp claws and fangs." "Will I become irrational?" I covered my mouth, trying to control the knot that had formed in my throat. "How do you control it?" Laughing, he had already reached me and pulled me close, digging his claws not too deeply into my hip, causing a painful moan. "It takes strength, training, and having the goddess on your side, human..." He withdrew his claws, leaving only a long scratch, and returned to my chin, scratching it and collecting a drop of blood. He licked it and smiled. "Don't worry, I'll be here throughout your trial..." "To make sure I die?" With tears in my eyes, I took a few more steps towards his dangerous game, realizing that his breathing was slightly heavier. "You remind me a lot of her," he murmured, pressing his forehead against mine. "To ensure your transformation doesn't get out of control and to witness the deity's choice." With more pressure on my forehead, he forced me to take a few steps back in pain.

Pregnant And Claimed By The Wrong Alpha

What happens when you find out the man you love only ever mated you because you look like his dead wife? That’s Soraya’s reality. She loved Alpha Ragnar like a fool. Trusted him. Worshipped him. Thought he’d give her the world. Until he buried himself deep inside her… and moaned another woman’s name. That night, Soraya’s world came crashing down. She had no choice but to run—from Ragnar’s madness, and with a secret child she swore to protect from him. But fate has a twisted sense of humor, and in the next moment, she is captured, caged, and sold to the highest bidder. To Alpha Khai King. Ruthless. Cold. Sinfully powerful. And also, her husband’s sworn enemy. He doesn’t care that she’s already mated. He doesn’t care that she’s carrying another Alpha’s child. He wants her. On her knees. In his bed. As his personal favorite. To survive long enough, Soraya agrees to play his lover in exchange for his protection. But what happens when neither man plans to let her go… and one of them is playing a much darker game? * * * Warning: This is an 18+ dark romance — emphasis on the dark. If you're looking for a wholesome, feel-good love story... this ain't it, babe. Here, you'll find filth, degradation, dark kinks, and enough tension to light a match. But somewhere between the madness, betrayal, and morally grey obsession, there is a twisted kind of love. So buckle up! It’s toxic, it's messy, it's not approved by your therapist — but it’s addictive. Read responsibly. Or don’t.

The way this book is going, I don't think it will end Maxwell and Jennifer being together, which will make the story be out of line and less interesting, because now Jennifer is planning to go abroad with another man without considering the children's feelings. I'm not interested in this book again
Angela
Laura’s story should have been a separate book. Maybe it would have had an ending instead of just stopping abruptly. We won’t get the chance to know if she finally found the courage to leave Simon after his years of humiliation or if he stood up to his mother and dumped Hailey completely.
