I could smell the unmistakable scent of a werewolf and knew that I was in serious trouble. But as the creature leaned in to sink its teeth into my neck, I caught a glimpse of its eyes. They were familiar, and I realized with relief that it was Tyler in his wolf form. He had been out hunting and had stumbled upon me. He released me from his grip and I scrambled to my feet, shaking with fear and adrenaline. But as I looked into Tyler's eyes, I saw a different kind of hunger there yet again. It was a hunger for me and I couldn't deny the intense attraction I felt towards him but….

A guard opened it and let me inside. Tyler was sitting on a bench in the corner of the room, his head in his hands. He looked up as I approached, his eyes filled with fear and desperation. “Please,” he begged. “I didn’t mean to hurt anyone. I just wanted to be normal.” “My name is Ralph,” I said, approaching him slowly. “Can you tell me what happened? How did you become a rogue wolf?” Tyler took a deep breath and began to speak. He told me that he had always felt like something was following him, watching him. One night, something attacked him, and he had shifted into a wolf. He had no idea how it had happened or why.

Tyler didn’t know who the hell the wolf was. Not that he had much of a chance of identification as the Omega landed on Tyler again since he has become the obstacle between him and Lana. The wolf went for Tyler’s throat, and Tyler’s hands turned to that of a wolf, his eyes flashing red with fury. His paws raked across the wolf’s face. The wolf took the blow, landed on his feet, shook himself, and sprang again. Tyler was tired of the game. He didn't want to kill a wolf in Free Town, and that was why he wasn't using all of his power. But, this wolf acted like it wanted death, not to live. He was too violent and reeked of hatred.

"Tyler, they’re gonna kill us. They don't look like they meant well..you shouldn't hope on handling it." The leader raised his hand. The others began to move closer. Tyler didn’t wait. He threw his head back and shifted. His body cracked and broke, his bone twisted, fur broke through his skin, his claws grew long and in second, Tyler stood as a large dark wolf, growling, teeth bared. Jack tried to stand. His legs trembled and blood dripped to the ground. He groaned. "Not... now… come on…" He gritted his teeth. Then he shifted too. His process was slower than Tyler yet painful but soon he was standing in his wolf form, growling and baring his teeth at them.

Silence stretched between us as long as the endless road we traveled on. I finished my ice water and reached for the cup Tyler held. He surrendered it willingly. I found myself relaxing into the seat, enjoying the ride as Adam drove us smooth and steady, clearly experienced at driving the big sedan. Tyler was looking out of the window when he murmured a reply to me. I wouldn't have been able to hear his reply if I weren't a werewolf. Human ears were definitely not sensitive enough to pick up the quiet response.

“You helped Damon? He is your purpose here?“ Kyra asked. “Of course, I’m here for you as well. I want to know if you are fine. And Damon, after Josh told me about what happened, I could not endure not to help.“ Tyler says. “Yeah, we fought three werewolves. And they hurt Damon.” Kyra says. “You? You alright?” Tyler asked. “Yes, I’m fine. Thank you, Cael.“ Kyra says. Tyler nodded. “I have to leave.” Tyler stood up and walked closer to the door. “Huh? That’s where you go? They might see you.“ Kyra says. Tyler smiled. “No one will see me.” Tyler opened the door, and he went out. Cael met her and where Tyler was. Kyra’s thought was Cael saw Tyler, but when Tyler went on walking and Cael did not

He rolls his eyes and says, “That Tyler is actually going into heat like a werewolf during the mating process. I heard Ben saying something about it at breakfast today.” I slowly nod my head. “Sorry.
