When Love Comes Late Stella Novels & Stories

"Not for you. So don’t flatter yourself thinking she is falling for you. Albert only wants to win Ethan's heart. He still loves me. He still loves Emily." Stella chuckled and shook her head. "Oh, sweetheart, no." She leaned forward slightly, lowering her voice as if she were about to tell a secret. "He came because he loves me, and not only because of Ethan. I gave him what you couldn't give him. And very soon, I will be taking over your house."

Stella hugged me and wiped the tears trickling down my chin, “You know I have never loved Rod. Right now what you need is survival and to survive you must go back to school and avoid men like Rod. To hell with his love spell and rich family. He is deceitful…” A Lamborghini buzzed outside and Stella was quick to see it was Rod, “Talk of the devil,” she said and I freed from her embrace. “How did he get to know where I live?” I asked and peeped through the window, wondering how Rod got on his feet financially so quickly that he could afford his luxurious looks and car. I thought Rod said he had cut ties with his father. “I should be asking you that,” Stella bleated and rolled her eyes suspicio

"Well, now that we're all here, can you tell us why you decided to do this?" Stella's expression turned cold. "To be honest, I never loved Jerry. I just wanted to use him." Sally gasped, shocked by her mother's revelation. Yvonne, on the other hand, laughed. "Not surprised. I knew you were a gold digger all along." Jerry looked stunned by Stella's words. "But you told me you liked me. We messaged for months before we met." Stella cut him off coldly, "Oh please, Jerry. I did that because I was after your money. But now that I see it's not worth it, I've decided to end things with you."

POV Stella This can’t be happening. This isn’t real. Stella stayed in bed for days refusing food and refusing help from the nurses. Stella was slowing getting her memories back from the day of the accident. She remembered that Jack was singing to a song on the radio, and she was hanging her arm out the window loving the way the wind felt on her hand. Stella and Jack had just been to the doctor for a fertility appointment, Stella was feeling at complete ease as she had just received great news that their embryo transplant was successful, and she was finally pregnant.

She went back to her room and got her purse. She left their room and went to the nearest concert store. She got herself something to eat and decided to stay there for a while. "Is that for your dinner?" Stella was startled when Sky appeared beside her. She almost bursted out the food that she was chewing. Sky immediately opened the bottle of water and gave it to her. "Are you okay? Did I scare you?" Sky asked her, and Stella shook her head. "Not really!" Stella answered after drinking some water. "Oh! That's nice to hear. Why are you eating your dinner so late?" Sky asked her, and Stella looked at him seriously. "This is my midnight snack!" Stella lied to him, and Sky didn't believe that.

Ruby applied more pressure, then looked back at Stella. “Even if you bleed out right here, he’s not coming.” “Let her go.” Stella’s voice was icy. Ruby laughed. “Protecting her? You can’t even protect yourself.” She lifted her foot at last and returned to the armchair beside Stella. Crossing her legs, she looked down at her with open contempt. “Marrying for love. How romantic.” She shook her head. “You could’ve believed in anything. But you chose to believe in love inside a wealthy family.”

Stella After the night of the gala, we had a great night tonight. And the next day Lawrence got the bad news that they were late and Stella set her plans in action. "I'll find love," I added for the tenth time. "Call me whenever possible." He added. I kissed him on the cheek turning to enter the big Andre's gallery we use as the class. "Come here." He pulled me into his arms before I could react. "I want more," he nagged. Making me smile and link my lips with his.

Like I was finally letting go too. Stella knelt by the empty patch of dirt, quiet. She said she'd build something there for me. A small memorial, maybe. That she'd spend the rest of her life trying to make up for everything. She hoped I could forgive her. But she didn't get it—when I died, whatever we had died with me. Because love that shows up too late? Doesn't mean a damn thing. 'Stella, I'm tired. Goodbye.'

Stella thought as she faced Madison and she was also staring at her, waiting for an answer. Stella had no choice other than to lie so she just nodded. "No don't nod mom, tell us that you love Daddy orelse we'll cry" Madison threatened. Now her kids are threatening her, when did saying I love you turned by force? Stella could only just shake her head and give them what they wanted. "I love your Daddy, are you happy now?" She asked with a small smile and they nodded feeling happy. After bathing the kids and herself, Stella decided to come down for breakfast. The moment she opened her room, the room opposite her opened and Davis came out. Stella looked shocked to see him. Does this mean that hi

Stella said overwhelmingly, eating from the small bites she made. She's in the living room with Tiffany, and they're both watching a TV show together. Stella hasn't stopped talking about the shop since she came back, and it's understandable cos it was advertised by almighty Ryat's company. She hasn't been able to call him back nor pick his calls cos after the encounter with Zach earlier, she had three more classes back to back, and she came home late. But that won't stop her from going to see him tonight though. She's gonna go give him the best ride of his life as a thank you, and she can't wait.
