Controlling Her Demon Wolf

Controlling Her Demon Wolf

When she is done ripping apart the rest of the rogues, she sets her sights on the sole survivor. He runs into a cabin and locks the doors and the windows. Stella brings on her hellfire, setting us aflame. She jumps up onto the cabin roof and waits patiently as the cabin catches on fire. The rogue never comes out. Stella jumps down and waits until there’s nothing left of the cabin, then heads home. She heads back to the hospital bed and falls asleep. I open my eyes to Thanatos stroking our fur. Stella nuzzles him. The staff are all standing from a distance, freaked out by Stella’s presence.

Olympiad is Falling, The Rise of Artemis

Olympiad is Falling, The Rise of Artemis

‘Hurry up Artemis, the faster we get there the sooner we get answers and we all get to go home. A shiver went through me as she spoke. I thought I saw a shadow pop up in her eyes. I looked behind me, but there wasn’t a soul in sight. Stella turned and proceeded sprint walking. This area was getting under my skin the way the little light in this world faded out, leaving the area in deep darkness. It had to be the only place lit up by gas lamps during the day.

The Alpha king's Rejected Mate

The Alpha king's Rejected Mate

Stella’s forces stood at the opposite end of the clearing, her figure unmistakable as she stepped forward, her crimson cloak billowing in the night wind. “Well, well,” Stella said, her voice dripping with mockery. “If it isn’t the mighty Alex. Come to grovel and beg for mercy?” I held her gaze, unflinching. “Stella, this is your last chance. Surrender, call off your forces, and leave this territory. No more blood has to be shed.” She laughed a sharp, hollow sound. “You think I care about bloodshed? I want you, Alex. And if I can’t have you, I’ll take everything you hold dear instead.”

She covers her ear. Bright cried even harder. " That kid is loosing it." She aimed at my baby but Stella a friend I made while being here blocked it from coming my way. " Bright shh" she collects him from my hand. " Thank you Stella." I whisper to her. " Twinkle, twinkle Little Bright, Your the apple of my eyes The stars are shining all for you Wish I could pick the all to give Your my little twinkling star Keep on shining bright for me." I quietly sang. A song I made up for Bright from the original ' twinkle star '

The Huntress - Luna Eileen

The Huntress - Luna Eileen

You belong to no pack, and will join no pack. “Boys, it's time. Two teams, I want ten deer. We are back by midnight.” Ian glanced my way as he began stripping off his shirt. He was well defined, I had to give him that. Men all around began leering at me as they did the same, watching to see what I would do. Before they could start taking off their pants, I smirked and let my mind go, giving Stella free reign. Stella surged, my vision blurring before light sharpened and hues of blue took over the darkening world. Starlight illuminated the landscape as if it was daylight. The porch above flew into the sky as our point of view dropped close to the ground.

Normally not a witch/werewolf fan but this novel held my interest. The history research done by the author makes the characters more real. I’m really enjoying the suspense, surprise, humor and the love scenes are pretty hot and descriptive. Keep up the good work!

Very nice writing style. The author is able to portray scenes in a vivid way and bring them to life. I would suggest to keep the flow going throughout the chapter. If not possible then put the time skip in the next chapter.

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Stella's eyes were filled with tears, as she looked around in confusion. She saw Trevor sitting at the foot of the bed, gently applying ointment to her injured feet while Felicity was sleeping in a nearby chair. Stella then glanced at the window and noticed that the room was brightly lit. It was a stark contrast to the pitch-black darkness in her dreams. Her body ached all over, and she could still feel the lingering chill in her bones. Stella withdrew her gaze, looked at Trevor, and softly called out his name.

I am on chapter 1700 and trust me this has to be the only book here that I have not lost interest in,i.e, the chapters have not dragged on and you literally are on the edge of your seat throughout the book. Enjoyed the whole book except the last few chapters.Hope the story doesn't become cliched now

What makes this story good are the characters, mainly the lead characters. Unlike other stories where the leads are usually portrayed as someone omnipotent with multiple hidden excellent identities, both Stella and Keegan have their own flaws and weaknesses, which made their characters more charming

The Witch and The Wolves

The Witch and The Wolves

I fade back into darkness. Stefan is laying on the floor of a dark cold room. I can only see him and nothing else. I’m not dead but I am not all there. Suddenly a white light fills darkness. Stella walks out of the darkness. She walks over to me and puts her hand to my cheek and I am filled with warmth. “It is time to get up now my love. We need you,” she says. Stella helps me stand up. She walks over to Stefan and pets him. He jumps up and I can feel the joy and gratitude radiating off of him.

The CEO’s Ex Wife Returns With A Baby

The CEO’s Ex Wife Returns With A Baby

Stella eventually said, "Mr. Conrad, it's going to rain. Come with me back." "All right," Justin nodded in accord. “Come on, let's go." Stella lay on her bed, staring at the unfamiliar surroundings, unable to fall asleep at all. The predicted thunderstorm materialized. There were sounds in her peaceful room as the raindrops slammed upon the window like a drum. Even worse, Stella discovered she was starving. She nearly died from it. She raised the quilt and sat up, lost in contemplation as she peered out the window at the darkness outside. The baby in her tummy would not listen to her, no matter what she tried.

Fated Dynasties

Fated Dynasties

"Stella." "Stella," I repeat, testing the way it feels in my mouth. The name suits her—bright, untouchable, burning. " yes." "Why Stella?" "It means star. Something beautiful and distant and impossible to hold.Fitting, don't you think?" "I don't know about impossible." "oh ..." I step closer, crowding her against the mirrored wall. "I'm pretty good at holding onto things I want." "Are you?" Her breath hitches. "More than my next breath."

Frequently Asked Questions

Stella Dallas is this heartbreaking yet fascinating story about a woman who just can't seem to fit into the high society world her husband comes from. Stella's this vibrant, working-class gal who marries Stephen Dallas, a wealthy guy, but their worlds are just too different. She loves flashy clothes and loud parties, while he's all about quiet refinement. After they have a daughter, Laurel, Stella pours all her love into the kid, but as Laurel grows up, it becomes clear that Stella's unpolished ways are actually holding her back socially. In this gut-wrenching move, Stella realizes the best thing she can do for Laurel is to step aside—so she engineers a situation where Laurel will be taken in by Stephen's new, 'proper' family. That final scene where Stella watches Laurel's wedding from outside in the rain? It wrecks me every time. It's such a raw look at maternal love and class divides in early 20th-century America.

What really gets me about this story is how Stella's flaws make her so human. She's not some selfless saint—she's stubborn, sometimes selfish, but her love for Laurel is absolute. The way the novel (and the famous film adaptations) handle her sacrifice without melodrama is masterful. It makes you wonder how much of parenthood is about letting go, even when it tears you apart. The clothes, the music, the way Stella's laughter slowly fades as she isolates herself—it all builds this portrait of a woman society won't accept, no matter how big her heart is.
