When The Stars Align Novels & Stories

If she felt pained, I had every reason to share that pain as well. The stars weren't arranged in their usual clusters. Instead, they followed a rare curve. It didn't fit the description of the moon cycle my mother had explained to me when I was little. She has told me that when the stars take on an odd pattern or shape, then it meant something big was going to happen. To some z they'd interpret it as good fortune, while to others, they'd take it as a warning. For me, the latter was the case because the tremors I had been having since I saw the weird pattern made me more inclined towards my decision.

I don't want anything… I just want Mommy…" I kneeled down beside Aster, placing my arms and hugging him as I sobbed. In the past, Shawn and I were a loving couple, admired by many. "Astrea, let's call him… Aster." He'd hug Aster as he told him bedtime stories. He'd hold Aster's hand gently as they walked around, and even taught him how to dive and ski. He never bought any toys for him, though, saying that they would be a waste of his time.

In the eons that followed the hero's legendary journey, the cosmos began to shift. The stars aligned in a pattern not seen for millennia—the Celestial Convergence. It was a rare and auspicious event that signified a moment of great significance for all realms and worlds. As whispers of the Celestial Convergence reached The Enchanted Realm, a sense of anticipation filled the air. The enchanting creatures, wise sages, and noble beings all sensed that this convergence held a profound destiny, one that would bring together heroes from different corners of the cosmos.

"What star were you born under, girl? That's awesome freaking luck." I blinked. "Draco. Specifically Triplex Rising. What star were you born under?" All three of my men inhaled sharply as Drace laughed softly. "I think Drace was being humorous, Hollyn," Ari said. "But it would make sense that all four of you were born under Triplex Rising." I looked at my grandmother. "How do you know what star they were born under?" Ari laughed. "Because I'm the goddess of the night sky. Stars are my domain."

As much as Anna didn’t want to know the answer to her next question, she had no other choice but to ask. “Can you tell by that chart exactly when the next event will happen?” “According to my analysis, the next time the planets and stars will align will be July 18, 2017, at exactly 2:18pm.” “That’s my 30th birthday,” Anna exclaimed. “I’m not surprised. Anna, we found these parchments in the last crate. See if you can tell me what they say.” Bibi hit another key on his laptop and the items he mentioned appeared on the screen. Although they were very faded, Anna recognized them immediately, as she had seen both parchments at the banquet.

Orion said to her, squeezing her shoulder. Danica shut her eyes and ran her fingers over the chest. She could feel all the buttons but she needed to know which order to push them. There were so many constellations in the night sky and some were very close in shape to others. She skimmed her fingers over the buttons once more. Her eyes shot open. She glanced at Ariadne. It was perfect. “It’s Ariadne’s crown.” Danica said smiling to Ariadne.

Jason explained. "Woe." Claire whispered looking at the stars. "Evening." Jason smiled at Morgan. "Morgan, you're finally up. Do you know how many times I checked on you? I've never seen you sleep like that! Come lay by me Jason's telling us stories about the stars." Claire said happily, patting the deck next to her. Morgan chuckled, thankful for Claire's excitement and made her way over to her laying down. Her eyes scanned the sky. "So if you can't find the north star. It's easy to find ursa major. See right there that almost square set of stars with a tail." Jack said to Claire.

Everyone turn to see that the sky was dark black and the moon covered the sun like an eclipse and the stars started lining up even though it was the middle of the day. “what’s going on, it’s the middle of the day, there’s an eclipse and stars.” “Oh no, the day of Serenity is upon us!” said Stefan.

And somewhere beyond it, men were realizing they no longer controlled the timing. Because alignment had spread. And alignment, once chosen, doesn’t quietly go back to sleep.
