I turned slowly to look at Faith—the real Faith—who was still standing near the window, her expression unreadable. “What the hell was that?” I asked finally, my voice barely above a whisper. Faith didn’t answer right away. Her gaze was fixed on the door, as if she could still see the impostor walking away. Then she looked at me, her glowing eyes serious. “That,” she said slowly, “was my fake twin.” I frowned, confused. “Your fake twin?” Faith nodded. “She’s not human, Sofia. She’s a shadow spirit. She copies the appearance of people to get close to their targets. She must have been sent here by someone.”

I said calmly to all of them. "Even me Boss?" Jimmy asked playfully. "Especially you Jimmy!" They all leave except Jimmy of-course who was waiting to give his last dose of nuisance before he leaves.
