“Rhys is cooking it tonight, under the blood moon. I saw it. He wants my child’s power.” Derrick clenched his jaw and pounded the table with his fist. “That bastard. Where?” “I can’t say exactly where,” I confessed, despising how it put me in such a helpless position. “But it’s close. The visions… they’re connected to the energy of the moon. It’s happening now.” Jonas marched ahead, speaking with the conviction that rang out naturally from him. “We've been around to the eastern ridge. It’s a clearing there, old ruins. It’s a probable place for a ritual.”

You have the abilities, and I know you would use them to fight your way through all this. "Serbian and the others can't stop your love nor dim your light." Feeling relieved and reassured that all was well. *** MOONHUNT OF LYCANS "Friends, family, children of the moon," Serbian's voice boomed from the top of White Rock, his presence radiating power and authority. "We gather tonight, as we always do, to witness the moonhun of this month."

I just wanted to be home in arms of my parents. I can actually be hugged now. I can hug them as much as I want without the fear of becoming ill. I shot out of bed at the thought, my smile so bright it was visible in the dark.bi couldn't sit still anymore so I jumped out of the bed and jumped around trying to wear myself out. It too exciting now. I looked up at the clock. Three o'clock. Only a couple more hours, I tell my self as I stand by the window, my eyes immediately going to the moon which is illuminating the night with its silver glow.

The forest was quiet, the moon was high in the sky, casting a soft light over the trees. Rafaele led the way, behind him walked Rain, Damien, Prince Tobias, and the palace werewolves. Evena and two other witches followed them silently. They had been searching for hours. “There’s a scent,” Damien said, stopping. “I think it’s Luna Rosa.” Rafaele turned. “How fresh?” “Not more than ten minutes,” Damien replied.

“Let’s go for a run. I promise, I won’t run into trouble. Besides, I have you to protect me.” Whitee sighed. “I haven’t come into my true powers yet… but maybe this run will bring everything back. The ceremony itself will be held under the light of the full moon, a nod to the community’s reverence for nature and the cycles of the moon.” Enora’s excitement grew as she listened to Natalie’s description of the event. She imagined the rustic charm of the barn, the warm glow of lanterns casting a soft light over the festivities, the sense of magic and wonder that would fill the air. Enora doubted that there would be champagne towers and burlesque dancers, but she loved the thrill of doing something completely different. “Sounds amazing.”, En

I sat there meditating on the scene that will unfold in a matter of hours.

We're both breathing heavily and I open my mouth to speak but it's no longer me talking, my wolf has taken over and he wants to claim what is his. "Just say the word and I am yours." My voice is a gravely demonic version of my own and I can see from the reflection of her glasses that my eyes are completely silver now. A contrast to her deep golden iris's that shine brightly back at me. Complete opposites. That's what we are. Only the goddess knows why we were paired together. My canines extend as I wait for her to respond her eyes never leaving mine. Her answer is so soft, so faint, it's nearly lost on the wind. Nevertheless I hear it. "Yes."

"Do you see." The Diner is still the same building. Square, flat, long glass windows. But now it glows with the same pale light as the moon. In fact the moon, the giant cold wolf moon, by some trick of the eye, seems to hover directly above it. The glass windows ripple like water.
