The other half was because of Claire’s son, Riley. Although Ian was not much of a genius when it came to business, his character and personality had always been loved. Riley was different. He had such a nasty energy in his bones. He bullied girls, had no respect for others, and was just a shameful bum. When he caused trouble in school in the past, Claire had stopped him. Riley asked, anger and disbelief colouring her voice. "Yeah, and he should be held accountable because he knew we were being bullied and did nothing about it," I answered, a devilish grin forming on her face in response. "Oh, I'm going to enjoy making that bastard regret not helping us," Riley added, her energy infectious. I couldn’t help but smile, appreciating her fierce loyalty and the fun she would bring to our team. "Diana will be the first target, then Mr. Hunter, Tommy, James, and finally Dylan," I declared, feeling a sense of justice and determination.

Riley replied, though her grin betrayed her delight. The masseur doubled his efforts, drawing out delighted gasps from Riley. Yanely barged in, heedless of boundaries. I weep out, running out of the market immediately to spot my car outside. “ Elena come back here!” she yells as I run out, I don’t look back, I want to cry but I’m choking it back down my throat. Their last stop was a pastry shop,they had stopped to have a bite before they made their way home. With her mouth full,Riley mentioned how she’s been taunted by the other kids at school for not having a mother or father. She opened up and mentioned how she got bullied most times at school and how she was always left out of the parent-student participation events because the teacher believed her parents would never show up for her. Rio, pained by Riley's revelation dropped his cup of hot chocolate and held her hands as he promised her that the next parents-student participation event coming up during the weekend, she would have a father and mother with her.

I cried so hard that I could barely catch my breath. Lucy pulled me close, gently patting my back. "I've been through too much to fear them, and Kyle's always had my back.
