[DIMITRI] A week later, we both sit in the car and stare at the huge gates ahead. “This is it, I guess,” she says softly, for the first time not so eager to talk about leaving. It’s strange how the last few days changed everything. They changed me. Who would have thought an asshole like me could ever fall for an angel like her? Nadia is an angel. She’s the most beautiful, pure-hearted, a little fiery, but the best of the angels out there. In fact, if you ask me, she’s the only angel out there.

Although the crow was perched on his left shoulder, I just chose to focus my attention on this man, especially on his slight chuckle at what I said. "But you are not a servant of this household. You are my official ghostwriter. Therefore, you, Miss Naenia Lovercraft, are my personal property. So call me your Lord." "Eww," I responded without hesitation. I did not even bother to hide how I rolled my eyes and stuck my tongue out. But instead of being mad, he just chuckled and shook his head. "As expected. Haha! But don't worry, you can also just call me Zayde. It's my first name." He then smiled warmly and extended his arm for a handshake.

Zane had to smile at her. “Angel, there is nothing bad in you.” “Of course there is. Do you think I would be okay with what you did tonight if I was all good and pure? Do you think I would enjoy the things we do if I didn’t have a streak of bad in me?” she asked. She had a smile on her face which told Zane she enjoyed the idea of being a little bad.

The angel Uriel landed next to the grand duke of the Nether World, though the latter did not do anything to the guardian angel of service of wisdom. She said touching her hand. "You are just feeling sad and lonely, ain't you. It happens to us all from time to time, hopefully, you get out of it soonest." Faith continued, she likes Angel a lot and worried about her. Angel was so young and so hard at the same time. She needed to laugh a little at the card she had been dealt with. She was beautiful and men liked her a lot, and women envied her because of it. Faith liked looking at her, she was an unusual flower amidst wild weeds, something special and precious.

Abel flushed, “I didn’t think about that. I just pictured a bunch of dead angels.” Helen reached up and patted Abel’s scruffy chin, “And that is why you are my favorite.” He grinned and turned to wink at his brothers. Alden pursed his lips, “I was her favorite earlier for carrying in her bags.” Abel’s grin widened, ‘She was just lying to you.” “More dead angels?” Adrian added sardonically.

Mr Carter writes; My dearest love, You gave me the greatest joy when you agreed to be a part of my life and for that reason, I promised to love you no matter what. We happily got married and I gave you the kind of wedding you wanted. I gave you everything you wanted. I realized as days went by that I had only made you a prisoner. I felt sad as I watched you turn into something I didn't recognise. I gave you all you wanted and asked and the only thing I asked of you was to let me honour the woman who made me who I am and that one request you could not grant. Because of that one request, I made, you became a devil. You were a special soul, humble, and beautiful until the day I decided to take

“I need you,” Layon insisted and for a moment, Angel allowed herself to believe that it was more than just a mission to rescue his sister. That all came crashing down the moment he added, “The fairy queen is a hard woman to please and she goes a little easier on women. Besides, you were Reebah’s best friend once. She’ll listen to you.” Angel couldn’t help but roll her eyes at that. She placed her hands on her hips and stared at him as she pointed out,

It will be the proof of my joy to have you by my side' Smile. Elaine would be mine and I would be the first archangel, the most powerful of the heavens and Father’s favorite. "Amen." ⋅• ♱ •⋅

Almighty Mike: A lot of time had passed since Angel officially became mine and I wasn't going to deny the fact that I've been the happiest all those months; she'd healed almost completely, she didn't look at me with disdain and judgment in her eyes anymore or scoff when I talked to her about the operations of the Archangels, she was the most beautiful, sweetest, most independent, funniest, smartest, most responsible woman I'd ever loved. Our relationship, in itself, has been one exhilarating hell of a roller coaster ride, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
