Just when Lydia thought the other party would respond kindly, she suddenly realized how naive she was. Nydia showed no kindness as she looked at Lydia arrogantly, her eyes full of disdain. The Lancaster family crest gleamed on the doors. "Darling," she purred. "Did you really think we wouldn't find out?" Adam backed away, his pulse erratic. "Lucia—" But Lucia wasn't looking at him. I let out a sigh before walking down the garden and looking into the forest. "You too don't like the party?" I heard a feminine voice behind me and for once I wanted to wish ladies would stop following me. I turned back to look at one of the ladies from the party. She did come with Alex and Sandro's family but they didn't introduce her as someone relating to them. "How may I help you?"
