I walked around the hallway but this time I bumped into the man who was giving me naughty smiles at my wedding. "Oh, I'm so sorry, I'm looking for Zain." I was about to excuse myself when he pulled me back. "It's no problem." He spoke, smiling with his teeth wide open. "How are you Luna?" He gazed at me from head to toe. "I'm fine and I have somewhere to…" he pulled me closer to himself, his breath fanning my face. "Let me go!" I gazed at him angrily. "It's no rush, you didn't let me introduce myself. I'm Logan Utah, the Pack's Beta." I didn't know why but I got a disgusting feeling and even my wolf growled in anger when he touched me.

“It is Logan.” “Thought you went to play hero,” Guapo said, standing near the long table with his arms crossed, then he laughed softly. It was the kind of laugh that made my skin crawl. “Finally realized that you are just as wicked as the rest of us?” I ignored him and turned to Giovanni. “Indeed, it is Logan. He’s here for war.” “So,” he said lazily, “the Northern Alpha finally arrived.” Another distant crash echoed, followed by screams that even the thick walls could not fully muffle.
