Tenderness is a Dangerous Thing

Tenderness is a Dangerous Thing

“You are the only person who has ever really listened without making it weird,” Zack admits, his voice dropping to a lower register. “Everyone else either starts crying or tries to give me inspirational quotes or something.” The wind rustles through a nearby oak branches overhead while they sit in comfortable silence for a moment. “Inspirational quotes,” she echoed. “That is a new one. What like ‘hang in there’ cat posters? Weird.”

Of course you have outdone yourself as usual. Love this story and everything you write always. Love that you update almost daily. Any chance you can update more on the Demon Kings Queen? I know you have so much going on, but everything you write captures my attention and interest. You’re the best <3

The Billionaire's Annoying Ward

The Billionaire's Annoying Ward

She feels the same. She’s not exactly intimidated by the older ones, but there’s a certain gap. She’s trying to be respectful by not engaging with them too often. Why would she chat with them about topics only known to her age group? Heck, she even had to explain what some acronyms their clients use actually mean. It’s understandably confusing, since they’re normally typed in lower case, unlike the formal acronyms. ATM, OTW, ISTG, NGL, AMP… there’s just so many of them. Some of the older ones find them annoying. Why can’t people just spell them out? They’re not that long. Are they too lazy to even type the words? She couldn’t give a proper reply to that. She would say she doesn’t know as wel

Just started this long asian novel (read7%). The story is interesting although the FL is dramatic and always overreacting. The chapters are too short so I'm still not sure where the story is going other than that they're newlyweds who are getting to know each other. Not sure if I'll finish.

Good story, but ending is abrupt without anything concluded or tied up with a bow. Atrocious mistakes in vocabulary and grammar. Lack of commas frustrating. Apart: nice character development, great story and setting. Need more reality in the life style of the very rich. - Moms don’t have sleepless

My Sweet Poor Joel

My Sweet Poor Joel

They got the quote and for a moment, he thought he needed to get his eyes checked. "That's outrageous," he lamented. Even Pete agreed it was way too much for a campus party but it meant so much for Joel so he sends the quote to Estelle through WhatsApp. He felt uncomfortable telling her over the phone. "Don't you think this is too much? We can get quotes from other hotels. I won't advise you to go with it," Pete discouraged.

what we shouldn't be

what we shouldn't be

CHAPTER TWENTY THREE TORIA’S POV I hated goodbyes. Not because they were emotional, not because they are pretentious, but because they are unnecessary. I mean there was always someone crying, someone giving an annoying speech. Or somebody acting as if you were being deployed for war, meanwhile you’re just leaving for a couple weeks. It’s just something about this that gave me the ick. Why do humans show lots of emotions for people that may or might not actually give a fuck about them? It’s quite absurd.

What an incredible book it was! I'm still in a daze. All the feelings and emotions you bought up in every character A.gupta and the constant growth of Antonio and Rica's relationship with each passing chapter is just so excellent..Thank you for writing this masterpiece. I'm waiting for the next one!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Scroll through my timeline lately and it feels like half of Twitter is copy-pasting lines from 'We're Not Meant to Be' into tiny confessional moments. The ones I see the most are: "Maybe we were never supposed to fit together, but that doesn't mean we stop trying," "Some promises are beautiful even when they break," and "I would rather burn bright and vanish than live dim forever." Fans are using these for everything — breakup threads, late-night poetry tweets, and even sappy reply-chains under fan art.

What gets retweeted like crazy are the short, punchy lines that double as life mottos. Tweets with "If fate wasn't kind, then kindness is our rebellion" pop up under activism threads, while the more heartbreak-y "Love doesn't always keep you; sometimes it teaches you how to leave" is all over sad playlists and mood boards. People slap these on GIFs, create quote cards, and run them under clips from the audiobook — the lines that are both concise and emotionally precise trend fastest.

On a personal note, I keep saving screenshots when a line really lands. Some of the trending phrases feel like cheating at articulating feelings I didn't know how to say — and that's why they stick. It's been comforting and mildly addictive to watch the same sentence echo across accounts; it almost feels like a communal sigh.
