The moon had passed behind the peak, and the valley was dark. He entered his home and climbed into bed. Aldric stirred beside him, her gold eyes blinking open. "Did you go somewhere?" she asked, her voice sleepy. Jade smiled. It was a soft smile, warm and genuine.

“They look so identical.” Wilder leaned back, smiling. “That’s the thing. Akayda doesn’t have a twin. She’s an only child.” I scoffed. “Then what am I looking at? How can two people look this alike? Who is this in the picture?” “I did some more digging,” he replied. “The woman in the picture goes by the name Jade Firefly. She quit the club a few weeks ago. If she wasn't wearing a mask, I'd have said she was Akayda Jordan.”

He nodded and I did the same and jumped on the tree leaving him on the ground. "Do you want to die or what? Jump and summon your wings!" I ordered him, he doesn't know what was going on. Since he lives far away from the mountains, of course, he wouldn't know what to do when there is a landslide bound to happen.

I look up as something catches my eye outside the window as lightning erupts from the darkening skies, I hear Deliah call my name as a massive ball of flames makes it's way towards us before it changes into the shape of a man.
