Everyday For The Thief: A Chaotic and Poetic Mafia Romance

Everyday For The Thief: A Chaotic and Poetic Mafia Romance

"You look like a man who just had a good night and is now off to a bad one." Hades let out a short, humorless laugh. “As I’ll ever be, Grandpa. Just wanted to say goodbye. And thank you. For everything.” Hades clasped the older man’s hand. “Don’t thank me," Grandpa Lucky said, his voice softer, but no less serious. "Just come back. Both of you. And that little one.” Grandpa Lucky’s gaze softened slightly as he looked past Hades, as if seeing the future.

I'm giving it a 5 star because I loveeeee the author's writing style. I also love the characters! Especially the Male Lead. He's domineering and hot. Let's not even talk about the suspense. It just keeps you goinggg. Off to read more

CEOs runaway lover

CEOs runaway lover

Dave - "Why? Wh.. what... what.. wa.." Dave didn't get to finish as Grandpa burst into laughter, followed by the group of soldiers. Grandpa - "Wait, was this the last mission I sent you on?" Tim - "Yes, General." A satisfied smile carved the old man's wringled face. Chuckling at the horror on Dave's face, Grandpa laid out how he had been on his list for many years, but due to lack of evidence and the law, he could not catch him. Also, he does not want to dirty his name, hence why he never sends death knocking at his door.

He shrugged. "I wonder how Christian is taking it. Him and father were quite inseparable." Gerald added abruptly. "It's really a shame." Rachel added. — Panashe's mother was sat on a wooden bench. With Christian who seemed to be caught up with his own thoughts. With no filter his grandmother had told him. "Your Grandpa is dead, he died and we will bury him underground and the worms and all the bugs will indulge in his remains." Christian only giggled then said. "So when will Grandpa return?"

This book is intriguing. Well written. Really an eye opener for those that need to learn more about what the ancestors went through during slavery that wasn’t in the U.S. I felt for Paneshe. She was such a strong Black young lady.
AGYEI BOATEMAA
hi author I really appreciate you writing such a wonderful story. I will be happy if you will write a story about the white lady who had an affair with one of the slaves in another plantation and they had a child. William mentioned it in one of the letters he wrote to Panashe

The Right Choice

The Right Choice

Papa would just sit on the bench next to his grave and talk to his old friend. Mama used to go down there to talk to her father after his death. Pappy's death hit her hard. I suppose that's normal. I know I was devastated when my parents died. Pappy was a great man. I never met either of my grandmothers, but I've heard they were wonderful. We don't talk about my father's father.

She asked chuckling "I think it's because I love my life" I replied drily "He's your grandad " She said with a small laugh "why would you be scared of your grandad? TOXIC LOVE

TOXIC LOVE

Once I had told her about us. “I dunno.” He paused, taking my hand. “I don’t wanna leave Gramps alone.” “You don’t have to. My nan will be there, and she’s about as normal as a straight-sided circle. They’d get along like a house on fire. She’d probably talk him into going to Bingo with her on the Friday night. And she smokes like a train.” I rolled my eyes. “Perfect match,” he said dryly. “And your Granddad?” “He died in the Vietnam War. He was in the air force and got shot down. I never knew him so it’s kinda hard to be sad about it. My other grandparents – Dad’s parents – moved to Canada when they retired.”

My Baby's Father Is My Boss

My Baby's Father Is My Boss

Grandpa was spitting fire when he finally had a look at the pale body of Uncle Dylan. His eyes kept moving all over his body in remorse or anger, I couldn’t tell. “At least, he didn’t appear as a coward here, Grandpa, as you had expected,” I couldn’t help but let out the harsh fact which made Grandpa clench his jaw tightly. “He died because of the grief of that woman’s loss… That is called a COWARD MAN, No man, No shepherd cry for a woman…” He spat furiously crossing all the lines of tolerance.

Agreement with the Italian

Agreement with the Italian

"I already said, I want great-grandchildren. I want to see happiness in this house, besides, at the very least I need to know that joy so I can die in peace." "Grandpa, don't say such things, you have more years to live," I smiled at him, "I'm sure you're going to enjoy your great grandchildren." "I hope so, Clau, I trust my grandchildren will give me that joy." On my way home, I kept thinking about Grandpa Daniel's words, this marriage is not real and I have to keep my feet on the ground, I can't get my hopes up for something that is never going to happen. "You are very quiet, is something wrong, Clau?"

Winning this time I got excited and ate a little of the cookies and also drank from the juice which was really refreshing I must say. I met with Grandpa for breakfast and he started again with all these I might die soon, I need great grandchild blah blah blah. “Grandpa, you won’t die okay and even if you try, I will pay the Grim Reaper a huge amount of money to let you stay by me,” I added. “You little brat.” He hits me. “Do you think money is everything, I had high hopes that marriage would make you a different person but instead you are getting worse by the day.”
