Modern witches don’t cackle over a cauldron under the full moon. Modern witches are scientific spellcasters. They observe the world, collect data, and use that data to create a new type of magic, one based on logic and reason. This might seem contrary to what most people understand, but the only real reason our people have survived near annihilation is the fact that we are good at noticing patterns and hiding in plain sight.

Wade suggested as he pointed out six different border points. “We could trap them into the area with a ring of fire.” I said as my finger circled the whole area. “The only risk would be to light the trees on fire.” “What can the witches bring to the table?” Wade asked me. “Not sure exactly. I know they can make different potions, but we will have to see how this meeting goes and what they believe will be best. I’m not sure how great of fighters they are, so maybe hiding them in the treetops and letting them deliver their attack from above?” Pointing through the different trees, I pushed the blue pins in.

He said. “I thought witches didn’t have mates as us wolves do.” I stated matter-of-factly. “Just because we don’t find our mates at eighteen like you do and have some miraculous bond snap into place doesn’t mean that we don’t have soul mates. Many witches are serial monogamists who mate for life just like werewolves. The goddess leads us to them in mysterious ways” he said. “So, are you trying to tell me that Sierra is my mate?” I asked him almost laughing in his face

I was the one who gave them that idea. My idea was to take the witches first. Get them settled into their new home. Get them a place where they could start up with their rituals and settings to make that place perfect for the rituals magic. Especially something as serious as the sacrificial rituals. They were known to be taken seriously. And a single mistake could mess up with the timeline or even disturb the order between the different realms. That's why I had given free space to all the witches in my kingdom. They were free to turn that place to whatever they wanted. All I wanted in return was a hundred percent result of the sacrificial rituals. And so far, I have gotten a hundred and ten

Lyla had enough with it. "Hei, are you mute? Deaf? Can you hear what I said? You can talk, can't you?" fishing Keegan. His desire was so passionate that he wanted to start a conflict with this girl in front of him. He had never liked witches---bloodsuckers had never liked their existence. It had been like that for hundreds of years. Witches didn't deserve to be among the Freakies. They are just ordinary people who happened to have brilliant brains and able to create concoctions that made them seem to have powers. They even created potions for immortality.

The powers that emanated from me were unlike anything they had ever witnessed. Whispers began to circulate among the crowd, "She's the granddaughter of the White Wizard... This is incredible... We've never seen powers like this before..." I stood tall, my eyes closed, as I let the magic flow through me. I was one with the universe, and my powers were a manifestation of that connection. The elders watched in awe, their faces filled with a mix of surprise and reverence. In that moment, I knew that I had truly found my place in the world. I was a witch, a powerful one, and I was ready to claim my rightful place among the supernatural community.

Alpha Throwing his glass across the room he watches it shatter onto the floor with the liquid running into the wall with a frown on his face. He's thinking how in the hell did I get associated with a bunch of useless people that can't do anything without messing up? It was a simple job, a very simple job, kill the witches, get rid of their bodies, and everyone will be happy but no that wasn't the case, instead, they mess up at every turn when it comes to this mission.

CHAPTER Third POV Nordic witch thought of whether or not the dark witches could eventually betray her and something struck her mind. The witches’ agenda involved turning people to witches like themselves. She had noticed that for each of the wolves turned, they were all nothing but slaves to them and so, wondered if she wasn’t a slave herself. Nordic witch was sure that even though it may take time, the witches were bound to eventually betray her and so decided that it was better to have a plan against the witches if she would eventually be betrayed. The Hunt was dedicated to killing all supernaturals, saying that we were unnatural demons who needed to be extinguished. The first group they went after were the witches. The witches were the easiest species to get rid of since they were basically human. They didn’t have magic wands, hands, or pinkies. The witches believed in making their own magic. They had books that were passed down from generations, teaching them to make potions. They read directions out of a book, mixed some things together, said a few words, and poof the outcome is a potion. They had no sort of immediate defense once their potions were gone because they had to prepare them days in advance.

Kitty exclaimed at her huge reaction, "Is that why you didn't show yourself last time we came?" "Yes. Witches and the wolves, we aren't exactly on a friendly term." Winnie shook her head slowly, "It was all about politics. Funny, no? With all the power and magic we are capable, yet we are still limited by humanity." "What do you mean politics?" "The wolves, they believe in packs and alphas. You know what an alpha is? It's a king. A dictator that decides everything. It's in their nature. And the Coven, what they want was a group of people making decisions."
