Thick red clouds of dust filled the air as nearly 500 bikes rode out of the gates to the Orc Fortress. Half were heading west and the other half heading north. Gin lead the north company while Fredrick lead the west. Boman was serving as Fredrick's deputy and Niko was gin's. Their first victim would be a tribe of Red foxes. These were a unique energy beast that had tails made of fire, they would use their flame tails as weapons to cast spells. Xasha wanted babies from this tribe so he could raise and study them himself. He wanted to get inspiration from how they used their tails to make better mana weapons.

"You're just a mere beast! Get lost!" Chase let out a sharp breath, kicking the Ghost Boar in the stomach. The boar let out a miserable shriek, its body hurtling dozens of feet away. It smashed through countless ancient trees before it finally came to a stop. Suddenly, from atop a small hill, a snow-white fox with wings sprouting from its back lunged toward Chase. Its presence was even more menacing than the Ghost Boar's, and its speed was terrifyingly fast.

It was a fox with a cracked opened abrasion on its neck. ‘What did kill that poor fox?’ She began to become anxious and curious. Approaching the dead body of the fox that was positioned near the side of the brook, she found out that something had sucked all the blood that carcass had. Her legs reached out to the carcass and pulled it near to her as she felt a little bit sickened with the form of its biting-off cut.

I asked, suspiciously and Wolf grinned even bigger. "You all took off so fast, I needed to give Foxy something so she could buy her dress." Wolf said and he turned to Foxy and pulled out his wallet. "I owe you some money and figured that you would need it to buy your dress." he said softly as Hound and Jackal distracted the others in conversation. I wasn't going for it though and I moved closer to Foxy. She looked confused. "You don't owe me any money." she responded and he shook his head and handed her a card.

But everything changed on my 18th birthday. When the crowd had dispersed and the party had wound down, I had gathered my courage, tugged on his sleeve, and dragged him into the back garden. To steady my nerves, I sneaked some wine and looked up at him with hazy, drunken eyes. Then, I stood on my tiptoes and wrapped my arms around his neck. I would never forget the shift in him that night. His usual gentle, refined demeanor vanished, replaced by the ferocity of a wolf ready to tear me apart.

“Remi.” Remi tilted his head like a bird studying prey. “I told you the Blood Moon would rise. You didn’t listen. Now Greko belongs to us.” Behind him, movement stirred—slender fox-shapes slipping through the ruins, their eyes glowing sly gold. The Werefoxes. To the side, hulking shapes lumbered from the shadows, tusks gleaming—Wereboars. The air filled with the stink of them, wild and cruel. I gripped Lyran’s arm. My voice shook, but I forced the words out. “They… they killed everyone?”

Done hiding. The White Wolf has risen.

This black shadow was a fierce beast, and it looked very strange, like a wolf or a fox, with a kind of bloodthirsty aura in its cunningness. "Fortunately, there are quite a number of mysterious things within this land. Although this Demonic Wolf Fox is naturally cunning and bloodthirsty, the essence blood within its body has the effect of giving birth to bones and muscles. My bones felt too small and my skin felt too tight. His wolf form was slightly smaller than Nazte’s, and his entire body was coated in light brown fur that matched his human hair colour. I frowned at him, my top lip curling back from my teeth. Considering we were heading into battle against the Winterpaw Warrior Pack’s closest allies, he didn’t seem to be taking it all that seriously.

My gaze sharpening slightly as I let my power slip through the facade I build around me. I let him feel, let him taste it. “Fox spirits have different categories, just like how there are normal wolves and ones born with alpha blood in them. Lesser foxes are spirits that never make it past their first few centuries, they chase chaos, feed on scraps of power, and they don’t tend to last long”I say grimly as a soft breath leaves me. “While my kind, we were different.”I say as I take a slow step, but not towards him just shifting, grounding myself in what I am.
