Kuroyuki uttered as she glared at him. “I will not acknowledge him.” He said to Kuroyuki as he glared at me with an angry look. What’s with his problem…? “I don’t need your acknowledgement. Who do you think you are? You can’t even climb to the top yet you are so full of yourself.” “Shut up, human!” Only those who aren’t human would’ve shouted that way. “What race is he…?” I whispered to Kuroyuki. “…A hybrid of a dragon and phoenix. His name is Crimson Veladora Blaze.”

Xavier said. "I am an hybrid, proof that both werewolves and witches are not bad. I am in love with a werewolf, my best friend is a wolf, my... my closest relative... who died today... is a witch, and I love them all, it is not about what we are. believe me, if this continues you are all going to end up with no family, just like I ended up! My father, my mother, my brother, Aunty Sarah, they are all gone, Fighting! Why fight when we can do things right?! Why kill when we can heal?! Why hate?! Witches and wolves, Let's come together and form a new moonstone!"

I took a deep breath and continued, “But I do have one favor to ask. Can I please have some wolfsbane?” She looked back up, meeting my eyes, studying me, and cocking her head to the side. While she was human, Hugo told me that she knew about our kind. He and my mom were not the only werewolves she employed. “What do you need wolfsbane for?” “It’s personal.” I wasn’t telling her shit. “What form do you want it in?” “What forms does it come in?” “The two most common are dehydrated and a concentrated liquid—usually we sell the liquid form in darts.”

There was a tale passed through generations, reaching the 21st Century, about a group of werewolves’ special mutation that brings out dormant abilities from a family’s genetic line. They were said to be marked and blessed by the moon goddess for they were the first of her followers. They were given the title of Legacy Wolves, keeping up their tradition and passing on their special traits through their children.

"Great, I'll leave it to you beta," alpha Aiden says holding alpha Rowan's hand leaving us alone in the room with our beta. As Carlos were about to mount on his horse, an arrow was hurled in his direction and he was swift to duck. We looked in the direction at which it was thrown and we were shocked to see three huge men with a cross mark on their forehead. We knew they were hybrids because that mark was an identification for them. They were hefty, muscular and as tall as giants. Their faces were scary and they looked aggressive as their teeth jolted out in their mouth. We knew these hybrids were part werewolves, part vampires. They are known for their strength and desire for power. They never had businesses with werewolves and Lycans but I wondered why these ones in particular were trying to attack us.

“That’s the blood that runs in me.” Killian leaned back slightly, eyes narrowing. “A hybrid.” “Yes.” The word sat on my tongue like ash. “But not just any. The mixture of wolf and witch alone creates tension. Wolves were never meant to hold magic that way. But with dragon blood woven in… it stabilizes it, strengthens it. It makes me something rare.” I lifted my eyes to him again. “That’s why my wolf is called Moonveil. She’s not only spirit and fang, she’s also a veil between worlds. Wolf and witch. Flesh and flame. The balance of contradictions.”

"He's not just a wolf, Daniel," Lukas murmured, his voice ringing with absolute clarity. "He's an apex. Just like his fathers." Daniel shifted closer, wrapping his arms around both Lukas and the hybrid pup, locking them into an unyielding embrace that defied the storm raging outside.

“You don't know it, do you? Fire dragons are only second to the gods and goddesses. They can change the course of one's life. They control the weather and seasons.
