Wolf Ranks In A Pack Novels & Stories

As he entered he felt something change and stood perfectly still his blue eyes changing to gold, ‘Outside’ His Wolf Jupiter said and he obeyed pulling open the door he raced into the arena in front of the Pack House quickly followed by Martha and Karl who skidded to a stop staring at him. He shifted into his wolf and stood with his head in the air scenting his ears pricked forward. He looked magnificent, his long, thick, snow-white coat shining in the moonlight, his eyes brilliant gold. It was gone, the terrible foreboding that had been weighing them all down for the past month was gone, lifting his head he let out a long joyful Alpha howl that embraced every member of his Pack. "Let them enjoy it while they’re still young enough to think politics is magic." I gave her a look but gave in. "Alright. Scoot in and sit your furry butts down.” I ignored the look my mum threw in my direction. Geez, I didn't even say a bad word… or did I? The pups gathered in a rough circle. Rowan stayed where he was, but I saw the way he listened. "So," I began, "there are six main wolf packs. Each one has its own Alpha, its own land, and its own madness." That made a few of them giggle.

I tried to convince him. The wolf froze for a second, listening, but did not change the target, sniffing even more. Okay, Lark, remember what that means. Why did you give him up? Morgan found out, others recognized, he did not obey, dispersed others, howled, the rest retreated, does not growl, walks, sniffs ... All the years among the pack flashed through my head, everything I knew about their rules and nature. And why was he mad? "Hush, hush," I muttered, backing away.

I hope to find more to wear. “Wolves are pack animals, we are not meant to be alone. A pack is run by the strongest; Alpha, Beta, Delta and Head warrior. Every move and decision we make is for the protection and betterment of the pack.” I hear feet hitting the floor, I look to the stairs and see Alec making his way over to us. I think this is the first time I have heard any of them walking. Their steps are eerily quiet. Part of being a predator I suppose, the perfect hunter. Alec takes a seat and Cain continues to inform me about rogues.

“We wolves belong to packs, and those who do not belong to any pack are called rogues. These rogues are the ones that attacked Arkans, where you’ve been hiding...” Logan was impossibly close, and I couldn’t breathe properly as I tried to avoid inhaling his air. “Each pack is headed by an alpha, the highest rank in every wolf pack. Neil Morreti selfishly wants that rank for himself, and to secure it, he needs you. He needs to mark you by biting into your neck and claiming you. But in the long run, he’ll surely reject you. He’ll go as far as killing anyone that stands in his way, and Adelia, unfortunately, is one of those victims.”

They began to hop in a circular manner with their arms interlocked with each other on the road. They suddenly stopped in the same way they had started with jackson giggling like a guy who had inhaled laughing gas while Lucia stood transfixed with her eyes as round as saucers and almost popping out of their sockets. "Yeah! Do you know he was a wolf and also belonged to our pack? I first saw him the day I joined the pack. He was the one who made them know I attended the same school as him. He was also the tattletale who made the pack know I have you as a friend although none of them knows that you're a werewolf talk more of being your father's daughter.

Although he became weaker, the cruelty and ruthlessness of someone who once rule over the savage mountain wolves is very evident. Just as when his strike reaches the wolf's neck, the young wolf screamed in horror. "Elder, no! I'm a pack member! Elder!" The attack halted and Hector's eyes momentarily flickered as if regaining his sanity. His bloodlust instantly diminished when he smell the familiar scent of the pack member. Even though the wolf in front of him had an unfamiliar face, to him, the keen sense of his kind will never betray him. He help him to get up and supported him to lean on a tree trunk on the side of the road.

She continued on about facts and such while others ogled over them. "To finish off our tour, I give you, the wolves. Now what we have here are gray wolves. We actually have a pack here in our zoo. We have six females, three pups, and our Alpha. Now our Alpha name is Alastor. Which in Ancient Greek means "tormentor." We named him this because he doesn't like anyone. No one can get near him, feed him, or be in the habitat with him awake. He is put under tranquilizer. Does anyone know what that is?" She asked the group of kids in the front. Eliza and I looked down over the wall separating us from the wild wolves. Four of the females were in sight and we could even see the pups.

“He just said that they were from far away. The White Elm pack, they’re called – have you ever come across them?” He shook his head slightly, and stood up. “Never. He must have come far. It makes you wonder… how widespread is this attack?” I gave a half-shrug. “If they want high-ranking pack wolves, they’ll have to have a big area. Think about how big one pack’s territory alone usually is. Now, they need to rule out any Young Alpha, or Beta, or Gamma who isn’t of shifting age. But any that are too much older – even you, say, let alone your Dad – would be harder to capture. These are all the most well-known wolves in a pack, too. They’d be missed within hours, most of the time.”

He rolled his eyes in response, thinking about something. "Okay!" He muttered while placing his hands on the gable. "Now see, in the werewolf world, they all live in a pack." "Pack has some positions: Alpha and his mate are the pack's leaders and are usually the strongest, most dominant members." "They are responsible for making decisions for the pack, enforcing rules and discipline, and protecting the pack from threats." Jacob said everything in one breath, showing that he is pretty knowledgeable about them. "Then, there are the Beta and Beta Female, who take care of the pack's business and are also second-in-command and usually the alpha's most trusted advisors." They help with decision-ma
