Wolf dens were made in the dirt and makeshift huts around the camp. Some humans carried the wolfsbane into the huts, and some exited the same houses with purple liquid or weapons. Shifters entered and exited the dens. As we entered, a male stood in the middle of the camp next to a Shifter. The male was shorter than Conri, with dark hair and small, almond-shaped eyes. He bowed as we neared him, the Shifter next to him only bowing because of Conri’s dominant aura. The humans stopped, and the wolves bowed as we walked past, observing us. The shifter next to the male looked identical to Alpine except for a little darker. The two of them could be siblings.
