Wolves With Wings Novels & Stories

I can use my ability but those consequences will hurt me and everybody who loves me. Yes, vaewolves can conceal themselves from seen sight, rendering them invisible which incorporates hiding their scent. Wing Manifestation/Flight- Vaewolves are capable of showing up a bat or bird-like wings of their hybrid form, permitting the frame to go with the flow and fly. That's a lot of abilities and there are still some that I don't know.

I rolled to a stop, coughing, more blood spraying the white marble. The red wolf didn't walk out. It flew into the air. Massive, leathery wings of solidified red energy erupted from its back, beating once, and it was in the sky above me, blotting out the real moon. The other elders followed, stepping calmly through the hole my body had made. They didn't fly, but they moved with an unnatural grace, hovering inches above the ground, their robes untouched by dust or debris. They formed a loose circle in the air around the courtyard, silent observers.

he paused, eyes rolling backwards as though the very image scarred him. “Continue” I pressed. “Then aside from the wolves there were other figures which we assumed were witches riding atop the wolves, but the sky above them was pitch black, at first we thought it was just the cloud but upon closer inspection they were winged creatures, similar to the one that came for me.” He said shakily. My heart skipped a beat, they covered the entire sky? Just how many were they? “Is that all?” I asked. “There were more, but I couldn't get a good look. But they all moved fast, and coordinated too"

They looked very strong as the creature flew closer to me and I could see that the creature wasn’t as hideous as I thought it would be. I shifted quickly to my demonic wolf as I knew now my wolf would look so fierce in its hard dark blue skin with the extra dark blue demonic horns. I changed into what they called the extreme war wolf. The usual war wolf would be bigger than the usual wolf form, but the extreme ones said to be bigger and fiercer just like what I was now. I was ready if the creature with that wide black wings attacked me. But it landed smoothly 10 feet away from me. It flapped and flaunted its wings like it was proud of them, then it folded them neatly behind its body.

It felt calm and peaceful. Suddenly, there was a rumbling sound behind the trees and grass. Leah's instincts were strong. She felt that someone was watching her. She thought it was Paul. When she turned around, she was surprised to see a pack of wolves surrounding her. "Who are you?" one of the wolves asked. Leah was astonished to hear that the wolves could speak like humans. They approached Leah and scared her. "Don't come any closer, I don't want to hurt any of you," Leah warned.

I muttered under my breath. Asher, who had been quiet the entire time, finally spoke. “If we can’t trust each other, we’ll fall,” he said, voice steady but laced with irritation. “We’re not just facing dead land. There have been sightings of creatures.” The room went still. Alpha Cassian’s jaw clenched. “What kind of creatures?” he asked, voice carefully. “Not wolves,” Asher said, eyes glowing faintly. “Something else. Something with wings.” A ripple of unease passed through the room, even the most hardened Alphas shifting in their seats.

But instead of old stories from my grandmother’s life, the pages were scrawled with strange symbols and sketches—shorthand in her handwriting explaining the purpose of different runes and sigils. Flipping through the pages, there were sketches of wolves, and the last page that she’d written in had a detailed rendition of a nightmarish wolf-beast that made my blood run cold at the sight of it, it’s eyes smudged over with charcoal in the shape of a protective rune. My heart raced when I realized what I was holding. This was no ordinary journal, it was a spell book.

Just like hers—though I didn’t know who she was. Downstairs, the training yard was already alive with movement. Warriors sharpening blades, brushing pelts, preparing to impress the elders under tonight’s blood moon. I passed them quietly, head high, shoulders straight. But the whispers never stopped. Whispers from parents to children. From the young wolves to the old ones. “Do you know that the Beta was found in the snow? Like a cursed thing.” “Alpha Blaine just took her in to save face.” “How could she even become the Beta?”

The tops of the trees swayed here and there, and in a moment the forest came to life: it began to move, pot-bellied glossy beetles descended from the crowns of the trees, filling the air with the stench of decomposition and the vile chirping of paws. Melissa counted the seconds out loud until the two troops clashed. “One, two, three…” She closed her eyes tightly and then opened them. Under her feet, two waves met each other, filling the darkness with inhuman screams, high-pitched squeals and squelching sounds. Melissa counted to sixty when Andras jumped off the wolf and, spreading his wings, materialized a sword in his palm. The demon moved smoothly, rising into the air and immediately desce

There was a tale passed through generations, reaching the 21st Century, about a group of werewolves’ special mutation that brings out dormant abilities from a family’s genetic line. They were said to be marked and blessed by the moon goddess for they were the first of her followers. They were given the title of Legacy Wolves, keeping up their tradition and passing on their special traits through their children.
