Through the spray of the water, I saw the first of the Skarn pull itself from the earth. It was horrifying. It looked like a massive, subterranean centipede, the size of a transit bus. Its body was segmented with thick, jagged plates of black volcanic glass, and its multi-jointed legs stabbed into the soft earth like steel pistons. It had no eyes, only a massive, circular maw lined with rows of crystalline teeth spinning like a drill bit. The creature let out a deafening, vibrating hiss, its mandibles snapping blindly toward the nearest human triage tent.

There was a loud ' SCREE' followed by an ugly squelching sound and the tongue reappeared . It was just that it had a huge drooperworm in his mouth ( * dooperworm is an imaginative worn with white slimy body like that of an earthworm) . The drooperworm were really hard to found in the capital , not only did they liked dark , dingy places , they were hard to keep with their body that resembled the size of a child miniature toy car .

The dizziness eased slightly. I turned my gaze to the final scratch card once more. I made up my mind. My hand trembling, I began to scratch.

As he unlocked the cage and stooped down, Sky seized the moment, delivering a swift kick to his groin. He collapsed, gasping and howling in agony. Regaining his footing, he shouted for assistance to apprehend her. Shay, realizing she was trapped at a dead end, halted in despair.
