Xander and I spent the night in my room. There was A TON of sex, but also a lot of talking and getting to know each other. Xander is a recent transfer to our pack. His mother was human and had recently been diagnosed with leukemia. Though she lived with the pack, she still needed to see a human doctor and one of the best was in the city about 20 miles from our pack borders. As they approached the compound, Vivi stumbled, her new wolf form trembling with exhaustion. Without hesitation, Xander slipped beneath her, supporting her weight against his larger frame. The sensation of his fur against hers sent tingles through her body, and she gratefully leaned into him. As they entered the main house, Xander gently nuzzled Vivi, guiding her towards their shared quarters. Kane and Dax flanked them, their eyes scanning the surroundings protectively. Once inside, Xander shifted back to his human form, his voice a gentle rumble as he spoke to Vivi.

I replied, "Yes, we have to live the forest castle soon as there is some complication in the business. So, we should fix the meeting with the vampire king, Ralph as soon as possible."

The air was cooler here, quieter, but it did nothing to calm the storm inside me. "I wasn’t always the son of a billionaire," Xavier began. "I wasn’t always Xavier Callahan. Back then, I was just... Xander. I lived in the south district with my mom. My father hadn’t claimed me yet. I fought for everything, respect, survival, protection."

I look of the students of Vampire High. "She's a Gredator and will be killed--" "Not all Gredators hurt." Lit interrupted what Vixie had to say. "How can you say she's not hurting?" Vixie asked. Lit grinned and looked at me. "Since she stepped into Vampire High, we all know she's a Gredator. If she's a bad Gredator ... she already have a chance to kill us but she didn't do it.." Lit said as she turned to look at me. I stopped at what she said. I mean ... They knew I was a Gredator earlier than I was? How? Did Fin know they all knew I was a Gredator?

“Yes, beautiful and sexy. But I am not interested.” Xander let go of Vince's tiny hand which was tugging at his tie. He gave the boy a ball to chew. Vince was in his teething phase, so he was always itching to nibble on something. “I know, you won't be interested in anyone except Angel. Where is she now?" Finn spoke carefully while paying attention to Xander's expression. He saw the sadness and longing in Xander’s eyes. “I have no idea. She just disappeared like the earth swallowed her.”

He didn't realize she had a wolf when they met the night before. “She's a half-breed," Xerxes, Zeek's wolf stated. That explained a lot, of why she smelt different now. Her wolf had awakened since it was her 18th birthday. “Mate, are you ok?" Meadow asked Zeek. “Oh yes, I'm sorry for spacing out like that," Zeek apologized. “Your voice is beautiful by the way."

“Nothing.” She scoffs, “It's ‘not’ nothing. Not when a billionaire chases after you.” I gasp. “You know him?” “Who doesn't know Xavier Kingston? CEO of Double B Lingerie? One of the top 3 eligible bachelors of Manhattan?” I don't say anything. Because I didn't know he was that well-known. Come to think of it, I don't really know much about him. Talia's lips press into a thin line. “Who is he to you?’”

Xander I knew Bella was very mad after the meeting with Lilian. I wanted to run after her but I'm Xander Rivera. I couldn't be seen running after a woman in the streets. “Besides, how do I explain to her that what she saw was Lil’s personality on a normal Tuesday?” I pondered within myself as I watched Lilian nibble on her burger. He had this red copper hair tied in a pony with a weird quick smile that went on and off. "East stand apartments" "A student, huh? You have to be careful here, mate, there is a vampire problem" "Have you met or seen one yourself?" "No, but we see it on the news. It's just a matter of time before they start feeding on us" And I was there to stop that. For years, my training, and dedication as a vampire hunter was on killing vampires and preventing them from harming humans. The cab pulled over at the prestigious east stand apartments.
