I let out a huff of frustration, jumping slightly to snag it. ​"You're going to break your neck, Princess." ​I jumped, but this time it wasn't for the coffee. I spun around so fast I nearly fell off the stool. Xavier was leaning against the kitchen island, a glass of iced water in his hand. He looked like he’d just come from the gym, his skin was flushed, and a thin sheen of sweat made the muscles of his chest and arms glisten. His eyes weren't on my face. They were lower, tracking the way the thin shirt draped over my body, lingering on the clear silhouette of my chest before dropping to where the shirt had bunched at my hips.

"Can I come to see you? I need to talk to someone." "Of course, Felix," Iris replied. "What's going on? Is everything okay?" I sighed heavily, unsure of where to start. "It's Xefora," I began. "We got some news today that we're disbanding. It's all over." "Oh no, Felix," Iris said sympathetically. "I'm so sorry to hear that. Of course, you can come over. I'm here for you." I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. It was comforting to know that Iris was there for me. "Thanks, Iris," he said. "I'll be there tomorrow morning."

The kitchen was stale with the scent of cleaner, most likely used just hours ago. I was yanked from my thoughts when a flash of orange passed my eyes. I didn't know what to do so I just smiled back nervously. “Who's this beautiful young woman?” She looked between Xander and me when she spoke. Xander chuckled. “This is Iris Paige, my girlfriend. Iris, this is Marissa, my mother's eldest sister.” My eyes widened and Marissa smiled even wider. turning to me. “You're welcome, Iris.” “She's beautiful.” She said to Xander before I smiled at her softly and she let my hands go. Xander still held a grip on my waist. “It's so nice to meet you,” I said in a soft tone. In some ways, I felt like I was actually meeting his mother.

I whimpered, and he stared at me like a real mad woman in the trashcan, "Xavier is more powerful than Xander. He is Xander's father and has numerous guards and dark magic. He sits on his throne in the Red Moon Pack's Royal Chamber and rarely comes out unless he is about to go to war. How on earth do you think of killing him in your entire life!!!" FINN I pulled up in front of Iris' apartment and got out of my car. I pressed the lock button and headed inside. As I climbed up the staircase, I saw Raven coming from afar. There was no way I could dodge her since she had already seen me. I just squeezed my face and continued walking up. As we got closer to each other, she slipped on spilled water and almost fell but I was quick to catch her. Her headset had fallen from over her head and crashed to the ground.

Hayley Xander and I spend the day lazing around the house. We watch movies with the dogs and Sebastian in bed. Xander wasn’t kidding, Zola and Stella have been stuck to him like glue. When its time for supper, Henry and Tyler come over and together with Grandma and the staff we have a family meal.
