They were both crying and she looked up at me, not letting go of him. “Who is this?” Malachi asked. “This is my son, William,” I said and Malachi smiled. Charlotte let go of William but took his hand in hers as Malachi looked at him and bent down to his level. “Hello, William, I hear you’re the newest Sinclair.” Malachi offered his hand and William shook it. “Careful, Malachi. He looks like a tough little fighter to me,” Kiran said as he stood up and walked toward them. “I’m Kiran, can you throw a punch?”

He looks like he’s trying to breathe through his mouth and not his nose, leaving me to assume he finds the scent off-putting, too. Tasha nods. “It’s not exactly the same, but it’s similar enough that whatever they’re from are definitely the same species if not the same…things.” She says “things” in a tone that projects both disgust and bewilderment. “Alpha!” I hear Channing call as he approaches with Blake and Serafina. It takes just a moment before I realize he’s carrying a human over his shoulder in a fireman’s carry. “Who do you have there, Channing?” I ask, feeling my mouth go dry and the sensation of my stomach dropping, fearing the answer.

A dark shape emerging from the snow, broad and unyielding. Liam. He moved like fury given form, cold, precise, unstoppable. Kai was at his side, his expression grim, and behind them, four more of Liam’s warriors fanned out in formation. The Darius patrol froze. Even they could sense the shift in power. “Step away from her,” Liam said, his voice steady and deadly. One of the guards sneered. “This is Alpha Darius’s territory. Rogue grounds. You have no right…” Liam’s fist connected with his jaw before the sentence finished. The man hit the ground hard, snow bursting up around him.

Reiner stepped back and bowed respectfully. "Boss." Crain strained his neck to look at the newcomer. Despite his battered state, he could tell from the way the guards treated him that this man was incredibly powerful. Damien walked over and squatted down in front of Crain, looking him dead in the eye with a calm, dangerous gaze. "And who the hell are you?" Crain demanded, his voice shaking. Damien looked right back at him with an icy stare. "I'm not a public figure, so you probably haven't heard of me. I'm Damien Blackwood. But some people call me the Living Yama."

The other party replied coldly, “No need. I’ll start working immediately. Tell me if you have any valuable clues.” Cadfan hurriedly said, “Master Xanthos, there has been a slight progression in this matter. I originally did not have any clues at all about this mysterious person, but now, I have some clues about him. He is of Japanese-Oskian descent. He is not old, and he is around the age of twenty-seven or twenty-eight years old at most, but he possesses extraordinary strength. It is said that even the Japanese ninjas are not his opponent at all. He could deal with several ninjas all on his own! Master Xanthos, you have to be careful!”

He tripped and fell backward. “Wait, so that guy in my mind… He isn’t some weird fever dream?” “What? Of course not. He’s a ‘Seishin’. One of the five great elemental powers that can be used to protect or destroy the world.” “What… is… going-“ “Alright, can do me a favor? Can you tell Rai to show himself? He can’t stay out of sight from me forever.” Tamashi’s deep blue eyes visibly shook for a few seconds. He then closed his eyes.

He can't see me cause his face is on the opposite side which gives me a full view of his large tanned back, tensing at his compressed movements. With the bar on his shoulders, he does some repetitive squats and the veins of his streaky arms throb at every crouching position. A few drops of sweat are glistening on his spine till they disappear in his grey joggings pants. I try to catch my breath because I'm suffocating due to too much hotness. That guy is too peachy. Oh, what am I doing? It's like I'm stalking him. Stop this Hayat! Shaking my head to snap out of those thoughts, I take a deep breath to gather courage and finally call him in a loud tone, "Eren!"

Everyone is approaching the ring and we do the same and, pushing and shoving, we manage to get in the front row as many of them are drunk. -WELL! FIRST WE HAVE A TITAN WITH TEN FIGHTS WON AND TWO LOST WILLIAM THE DESTROYER!- he introduces and some boo and others cheer as they watch him climb into the ring. As soon as I see him get

Solmyra said without turning to him. “Yes,” Maeron murmured. “And her mate draws near.” “Will you stop them?” Maeron didn’t answer right away. He closed his eyes and let the wind carry fragments of thoughts into him. He wasn’t born a man. He wasn’t even born a being. He was created, twisted from broken pieces of other warriors and creatures who had once worshipped the moon and bled for it. He didn’t fear pain. He didn’t fear war. But this time, something different tugged at his chest. He could sense the power inside Serena growing. A lunar blessing like hers was rare. Dangerous.
