He said while moving towards me , i started moving backwards because i didn't want him to get too close to me. "What do you want from me ?" I asked. "Wow nice question, i just want to replace you" he said and then he disappeared, i looked around but i didn't see him, i remembered that Mr Franklin said he was a ghost. "But why me?" I asked, although he was not visible but i knew he was around. "Because i am you" he said and appeared in my back. "I swear to God i will shut you off" i said in anger. "Are you crazy , you can't kill a ghost boy!" He yelled and laughed.

Even if she did, she'd blame it on the wind. "Ghost?" Sharon was becoming concerned, "I thought you don't believe in such things?" "Really? Oh, em." Geneva cleared her throat and spoke confidently, "that's true, I am not scared by flimsy things such as ghooosts!" The last word Sharon heard was the word 'ghosts' being screamed into her eardrums before she heard nothing else. The phone had fallen and disassembled and the call, disconnected.

Kyhe nodded his head and looked up at Jea. "I was remembering my to you ghost! But I know she's very real and I'm going to find her even if it takes forever. When I spoke with her although she had ignored me, I felt somewhat connected with her! I felt like i knew her but she was carrying a male ID card. Why?" Kyhe responded by explaining and asked? As he remembered how he came into contact with his ghost and can't seem to let go of her.

I watch Kael pace around the camp like a crazy man. Back and forth. Back and forth. His eyes got that wild look again. "We gotta find him," Kael says for the hundredth time today. "The Watcher's out there somewhere." "And doing what exactly?" I lean against a tree, arms crossed. "You been hunting this ghost for weeks." "He ain't no ghost. He's real." "Maybe. But Elara needs us here. The baby needs us here."

Trisha’s always been a little weird on the spooky side, and lucky me, I only needed to tell her I was curious about communication with ghosts for her to recommend several YouTube channels about ghost hunting. “I don’t wanna hunt anything, Trish.” “Sure, but they communicate with ghosts. Wasn’t that what you were asking about? Watch a few videos to get an idea about their tools and methods.” “These Youtubers are all amateurs, right?” “Most of them. If you wanna see the so-called pros, you have to stream them.” “Oh, okay, I see. I’ll start with free videos.” “Ha, thought so. What is it? Funny noises in your new home?”

The ghost looked at me with pleading eyes. "Those are talismans of Gong tau," Miyako whispered; Chinese black magic. "Those are finger bones," the friendless one added. Smashing them seemed like the sane thing to do. Pamela wouldn't have liked that excuse. I held up each trinket before the ghost. The first one - nothing. The second one - pleading. The third one - nothing. I had to be sure. I smashed the second one. The ghost's shape rippled then began to fade.

I ask when he answers. “Yeah, boss, she’s still in her cab,” he replies. Good. Right where I want her. “You know your assignment,” I say, ending the call. No hesitation. No explanation. He already knows. Ghost is called that for a reason, you can always feel him watching, but you never see him. Same way Black Kings moves. You don’t see us coming, you just feel it when it’s already too late. She told me she doesn’t belong to me and walked away, leaving me standing here.

I was shouting now, my voice tearing through the space, and he just stood there with his forehead pressed to glass and his eyes squeezed shut, mourning a sister who was hovering feet away from him, screaming his name. “They can't see you.” Noxx's hand found my shoulder. His touch was warm. “They can't hear you. You're still on the astral plane. A ghost standing in a room full of people who have no idea you're here.” I watched Keanu pull back from the coffin, watched him drag the back of his hand across his eyes with a rough, angry motion, watched him straighten his spine the way a soldier does before walking into a fight he doesn't expect to survive.

“Then… what is it?” Kade turned to the glowing console. Then he said something that made Ayesha’s blood run cold. “It’s a person.” The Ghost in the Machine Silence. Then Adrian scoffed. “That’s impossible.” Kade tapped the screen, bringing up a blurred digital profile. “It’s very possible.” He smirked. “Because Phantom? Is still alive.” Ayesha’s mind spun. Her father’s work. Revenant. The war they had fought to stop. It had all been a cover-up for something even bigger.

The phone dropped, my breath freezing, as Kaida shook me. “W-What’s wrong, Wifey, talk to me!” Everything died down, his fearful shivers haunting my ears. My mind is blank, my body’s numb, and I feel ghostly talons scraping up my spine. I watched him die that night, wheeled to the morgue, everyone cried, but… Do ghosts come back to life? Aaron Kai had come back for my soul because I lied to him. But his body’s missing, and his voice had that same effect it always had on me; deja Vu, terror, and something forbidden.
