When the Moon Bleeds Red

When the Moon Bleeds Red

The sky was gray when it began, the kind of gray that felt heavy, like it was holding something back. Seventeen-year-old Elara Moon stepped off the bus and pulled her hoodie tighter around her. Her school bag bounced against her hip as she crossed the empty street. The wind was sharp, slicing through her jacket like it wasn’t even there. She hated this part of town. Too quiet. Too old. The buildings looked like they remembered things no one wanted to speak about.

My Mafia Husband Thought, I Was Innocent

My Mafia Husband Thought, I Was Innocent

“This one weaves mystery and magic, but underneath, it’s a story about trust and power.” Her face softened. “I’ll take it.” As I wrapped the book, another man stepped in, younger, sharp-eyed, dressed in a rumpled suit. His gaze swept the shelves with a hunger I recognized all too well. “Looking for something… thrilling,” he said, voice low. I leaned forward slightly. “Try The Silent Corner, it’s about secrets that change everything.” He nodded, brows furrowed, then murmured, “Secrets change everything.” The bell jingled again. A teenager, headphones around his neck, glanced nervously at the counter. “Uh, do you have any fantasy? Like with dragons?”

The Alpha's Secret Luna

The Alpha's Secret Luna

After a shower, and once I'm dressed, I thread the key onto the thickest, longest chain I find amongst my mother's jewelry and tuck it into my shirt. It's still early. Occasionally, I hear movement or muttering somewhere nearby, but for the most part, the halls of this giant fort are empty. It's kind of creepy, really. My mind once again flies to those simple mystery books I read when I was little. Something always goes wrong when the protagonist pokes around the old castle alone. But the protagonists in those stories are usually young human teens, whereas I'm a grown woman with an awesome inner jaguar.

Mary Grace
It's always so refreshing reading a well written story!! Enzi is kind of a jerkface, but I really love how well all the characters developed, and I'd absolutely love to read other stories with these characters in it!

I am really loving this so far. I’ve read five of this authors books on another platforms and her books are always suck rollercoaster. You never quite know who’s hood or who’s bad and what each characters motivations are. She keeps you guessing.

The Lycan's Runaway Bride

The Lycan's Runaway Bride

It’s quiet and peaceful, and without Alice or anyone else here, I finally feel like myself for the first time since I’ve come to this castle. I easily spend an hour scouring just one bookshelf and come away with a stack of novels to read. With a smile on my face and my arms heavy with books, I waddle over to the seating area beneath the large window with the stained glass rose at the top and plop myself down to read. The first novel I pick up is the first in a series about a young female detective who is working on a murder case. It’s a page-turner, and within half an hour I’m already several chapters in and completely enthralled.

RESURRECTED?

RESURRECTED?

, Rachel grunts. I want to say "Why", but I don't want to risk sounding like a creep so I whatever her and go back to going through the rest of the shelf even though I'd done that a thousand times before. I drag my hands across the spines of the books; Kara Taylor's Prep School Confidential, Carol Wyer's The Secret Admirer, and Megan Goldin's The Night Swim. You would be subtle to call Rachel a crime-thriller addict - she's more of a crime freak. The Night Swim. There is a piece of paper sticking out of it. I pull it out of the book. Something is scribbled across it in Rachel's handwriting.

A Sad Murder

A Sad Murder

Jay has been crying the whole time all by himself but then the thought of Anna struck his mind and his head jerks up. "Anna" he mumbles aloud and Nicole and Brad squint at him. "Where is Anna?" he asks and stood up to his feet. He rushed into the sitting room and then to her bedroom. No sight of Anna, he opened the bathroom door and peaks into it but no sight of her there. He glances around the bedroom and his gaze landed on the phones on the table. His legs carried him to the table and he stared down at Drake and Anna's phones. "This was a murder case, none of the phones were taking" he thought aloud and picks up both phones and headed back to the kitchen.

Lurking in the Dark - Book 2

Lurking in the Dark - Book 2

"It seems that this pack has been in remote parts of the country for many years, which is why they have remained undiscovered for so long." "That explains why they survived so long," Reese said. That was true, but a much more important question came to mind. "Why are you telling us this?" Not that that wasn't interesting, but it didn't explain my boss's behavior. "There's a very simple reason for that." Jilin hesitated a moment, then pushed the folder towards me. But she left her hand on it. “That is all the information we have gathered about the Drein so far. But not all of them are beautiful and some of them can bring back bad memories. ”Jilin looked me in the eye. “Grace, these tattoo num

Shameless plug here from your author. I hope follow Clara's adventures as she struggles to find her real parents and maybe the love of her life. Don't hesitate to leave me any comments, and don't forget to add this book to your library. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed writing it.

I really love this book! I love the chemistry between Sebastian and Clara, as well as how clara thinks and the fact that he is one of those women who say no to oppression and stand up for herself. Looking forward to continue reading the next chapters
