The Alpha’s Runaway Prize: Bound by the Billionaire’s Blood

The Alpha’s Runaway Prize: Bound by the Billionaire’s Blood

They were a piercing, surgical violet. Rage stood in the nursery doorway, his submachine gun raised. "Stay behind the pods, Sabi. Do not move until that line is open." The first drone rounded the corner, its high-speed oscillating blade extended—a tool meant for buffing marble, now a weapon meant for shredding flesh. Rage fired a short, controlled burst. The drone exploded in a shower of sparks and hydraulic fluid, but three more took its place. "One minute!" Sabizina screamed. "Rage, he’s using a neural-link relay! He’s not just commanding them; he’s feeling the fight through their sensors!"

After the Drone Lift, He Begs Me Back

After the Drone Lift, He Begs Me Back

"I was thinking, if the drones were disconnected and I fell right to my death, would you mourn for me? Then I got my answer. You would not. You'd only get a more durable toy next time for your fun. That's all I am to you, a fragile toy." All the color disappeared from Joseph's face. "No, Jess, I…" "Let me finish," I interrupted. "You ruined all the hopes I held for love and my trust in humanity. You trampled all over me and stomped on me all to please another woman. All to prove that you could control everything. And now you ask for mercy? Yet you showed me none." My eyes never left his. He opened his mouth, but nothing came out.

The Alpha Protocol

The Alpha Protocol

If we feed the code there, we can overwrite the cleansing protocol!” “The problem is only,” Nova called from above, “that they have noticed us!” dozens of small, Black dots. There were no wooden gliders. It was autonomous catching Old World drones – slim, angular and familiar, cold purple light her lenses. Kael put his hands on my shoulders. “Get us in, Jada. Do the rest we.” I looked at the approaching thunder of drones, spanned the muscles and ripped the cross. We were the heirs of Ouroboros, and this heaven

No Place for a Packless Wolf

No Place for a Packless Wolf

Valerius growled, preparing to release his protective mist. But it's not magic. It was the thermal sensor of the Vanguard Inner City Security Division's "Black-Widow" micro combat drone squadron. The drone's red eyes are not a curse, but rather a mini-sized nuclear-powered target locking laser. Before the ancient Alpha could even summon his arcane shield, a merciless barrage of hyper-velocity rounds shattered the concrete beneath his feet. As the mechanical swarm descended for the kill, Valerius realized with chilling dread that in this new metallic era, technology was the ultimate apex predator.

THE LAST SHIFT: A Werewolf without a Wolf

THE LAST SHIFT: A Werewolf without a Wolf

“I quit running.” I rotated my hand. The bolt spun around. It hit the chest of the drone. The machine shuddered, sprayed, and exploded in a hail of metal and fire. It was still on the riverbed. The third drone moved away and rose in the air. Then it vanished in the clouds like something that never was. “Why did it not attack?” Malek asked, still gazing at the burning wreck. I dropped upon my knees in weariness. ****** We crouched in the ancient riverbed till darkness crept in through the trees.

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

Boom! The first wave of drones was wiped out midair. But as they fell, their payloads detonated. Boom! Explosions ripped along the island's outer edge. It was a suicide assault. "I'm Hayz! Executing lethal strike protocol!" Linked to the AI butler, Hayz, wave after wave of drones hurled themselves forward, detonating one after another. When one was blown apart, the next surged in, exploiting every gap. The bombardment pushed forward relentlessly, crashing into their missile defense systems.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

Stealing the Heart of Mr. Steele

Magnus needs to die. But how? Because if Jude is to be believed, Magnus can't be killed. A new message appears on my screen. Drone number 6, the drone following Magnus, has gone underground. Curious, I open the link.

The Ex-wife's Secret Empire: Beg For Me, Mr Blackwood

The Ex-wife's Secret Empire: Beg For Me, Mr Blackwood

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 The high-pitched hum of a drone cut through the valley just as Lucian’s spade hit the earth with a clear sign that the Zurich cartel was shifting tactics. It wasn't one of their military models; Maya’s satellite blackouts had already blinded those but a loud, fuel-powered commercial surveyor. It hovered directly over the central water terminal with its camera clicking mechanically as it mapped out the very blockades the cooperative had just spent the morning building.

Blood Ties And Silk Chains

Blood Ties And Silk Chains

Ines whispered. The last two drones hung in the air like vultures. Projected text appeared beneath them, shimmering in blue-white letters: RUNNING IS FUTILE. THE CITY IS MINE. Varian holstered his gun slowly, eyes locked on the drones. “Hit the deck,” he said softly. Everyone dropped. Varian aimed at the ground and fired—intentionally. The shot ricocheted, pinging upward at a perfect angle, striking one drone through the sensor. It exploded midair.

New Blood

New Blood

We can’t mourn what tried to destroy us. As I shut the incinerator, a soft hum starts in the distance. Not loud—just annoying. “Where the hell is that coming from?” Drake mutters. “No idea, but it’s obnoxious,” Layla growls. We lift a box lid—empty. Just as we’re about to move on, Drake points to the sky. “There.” A black drone hovers high above. I draw my gun, aim, and shoot. One bullet. It drops. “Nice shot,” Drake says. “Let’s hope it wasn’t a kid’s toy.”
