, she smiled sweetly as he handed her the cup. The four of them sat at the table eating a breakfast of mushroom omlettes. "Do you either of you know if being born under a full moon or the Goddess Selene means anything unusual?", Talia asked out of the blue, catching her parents unawares. "What brought this on? I don't know much about it but there was an old wolves tale that my grandmother used to tell me, that wolves that were born under a full moon were favourited by the Goddess.", Violet said, trying to remember the story. " Some would have gifts bestowed on them, others would have the wishes and prayers answered. My grandmother used to say that although we are all Selene's children, those

Birdy nodded in agreement, "It is time for the ghost stories to begin and be spread. Stories of a pack of wolves that live nowhere but everywhere, who rescue the weak, broken, and unchampioned, taking those they rescue away with them and disappearing with no clues to who they are or where they came from." Three gods and one vampire nodded in agreement. "Let the fun begin. Go lay the groundwork to make the stories true when our wolves awake," Hyperion ordered. Cronos snickered, "This is going to be so much fun. I am glad Gaia is letting me loose to help lend credence to the stories." "What good are the stories without those needed to make them come true?" Bob wondered out loud.

“Depends which story you believe.” I nearly threw my bag at her. By afternoon, I had heard six versions. Not because I was asking. Mostly. The problem was that once I started listening, Silver Wolf seemed to be everywhere. Apparently the upcoming full moon had revived everyone's interest in old wolf stories or maybe I had simply never paid attention before. Version one: Silver Wolves were enormous ancient rulers. Version two: They were smaller, faster wolves born only during lunar eclipses. Version three: They were guardians created to stop Alphas from destroying each other.

The room felt suffocating. “He probably heard the stories,” he continued. “Legends. Wolves born with moonfire. The Blue flame at the tip of their tail can heal not just physically, but… deeper.” My fingers trembled. “I didn’t want to believe it at first,” Zeus said. “Because father stared at you like you’re a normal wolf. I was so clueless that he had been planning when he commented on your hair.” I shook my head slowly. “I-its my fault, Zeus.”

This celestial landscape bore witness to countless tales of heroism, love, and unity, the stories of the Sapphire Crown heroes woven into the very fabric of time and space. In a distant corner of the galaxy, a young girl gazed up at the stars, her eyes filled with wonder and curiosity. She had grown up hearing the tales of Aric, Kaida, Selene, and Queen Isolde, their legendary deeds a beacon of inspiration and hope in her heart. Their stories had ignited a spark within her, a burning desire to follow in their footsteps and forge a legacy of her own.

With his back to the boys, he sighed and asked, “Do you remember the bedtime story I used to tell you about a man who belonged to the Wolf Clan?” “That unbelievable story about a Legacy with the power of a Moon Wolf?” Jack wondered what a story for kids had to do with the current situation. Not only were Moon Wolves extinct, the story itself was so unbelievable that Jack and his brother had long regarded it as their father’s most creative story yet. “What story?” Davies asked. This was the first time he was hearing something like this, and he was interested in more than a brief overview.

He explained, “It would make this existence much more bearable.” “Well, did you have anything you wanted to talk about to get your mind off it?” I asked, trying to get him to spend some time with me. Liam nodded in response. “In fact, I do have something I would like to inquire about Ms. Aka.” Liam started, turning towards me, “Would you happen to know about the zodiac signs?” “Oh uh...I don’t think so, no.” I responded, curious as to where he was going with this. “I see. They are signs that describe different people based on their dates of birth, times, and days.” Liam explained, “I was wondering if you could share your date of birth with me so I can get a general idea of your sign.”

- he says laughing. “Zog, this man's of Japanese origin” – he says, looking into his captor's eyes. “It's a Japanese fox, a Kitsune, a Tricksters. We have to be alert. I remember from mom's story, that they are very smart, live almost as long as we do, and have magical powers.”

Those stories of wars were just myths to them, unless someone brought you in, like Cassandra. Just when I’m ready to give up, I find a story from around twenty years ago about a teenager saving a woman from a monstrous beast.

Swift would not be silenced. Right there, the truth dawned. It hit me square in the face. This… this is it. The stories elders whispered when I was a child, tales of bondings, of mates finding each other under the light of the Moon Goddess. I had listened, wide-eyed and naïve, never imagining the day would come for me.
