"There's information on them, finally." As Adam read, she watched his expression change from confused to terrified. "This is like an actual zombie movie." He spluttered, barely able to get his words out. Behind them, a stirring caught their attention.

As her blood streamed into the air, Rose thrust out her palm. A pitch black-skinned zombie with a white bone exoskeleton launched out of the wave, careening for the sparkling red liquid. The pitch-black zombie jumping across the air stood out in the dull desert tone, making it look scary. The zombie commander sprang into the air, causing sand to shoot forth as it opened its mouth wide, attempting not to miss even a drop of Rose's blood. If he wasn't a monster, he'd be one of the most heinous perverts with a blood fetish.

The Humanoid Mantis vanished from the world permanently with just one swing of the Dragon Slaying Saber held by Lucas. Right now, they had to channel all the zombies to make the weapons. His mind could not get off Freddy as he planned to make sure that he brought him down for double-crossing him. All he needed was a chance as he began to plot his next line of action while he vent out his anger on the zombies.

"Oh, hey. You guys are here." Oscar tugged at the corner of his mouth. The torn cheek muscle split wider, and bright red blood poured out in heavy drops. It ran down his face, smeared across his lips, and soaked his teeth, turning everything a vivid red in seconds. "I killed her. She was a zombie! She turned into a zombie… I killed a zombie… I killed her!" As Oscar spoke, he broke down crying.

Her curses stopped abruptly because the lifeboat suddenly tilted violently. A horde of zombies grabbed the boat from underwater! "Ah! Get away! Don't touch me!" Winnie kicked and struggled frantically at the rotting arms, but to no avail. Hans desperately struck the zombies with the oars, pleadingly looking at me. "Clarissa! Please! For the sake of our years together..." I silently watched them struggle, feeling calm. My voice was soft, yet each word pierced the heart, "Hans, do you know that you pushed me into a horde of zombies in my past life?"
