I still don’t understand how I ended up here, watching a movie with Rhunar and Lya. I should’ve known better than to fall for those pretty eyes of his. Sitting beside them while they whisper, laugh, and kiss is making my stomach twist. I’m used to being the third wheel, though. He always runs after her, no matter what she does. Even when she dumped him for someone else. Even when she cheated. He still follows her around like a lost puppy. All because she’s his first love… and she’s a Beta.

“Um, Agatha, can you get me a green smoothie?” Lya asked, pulling her lips off Rhunar. She’d been kissing him through half the movie.

“No, I can’t. I want to watch the rest of the movie,” I said, pretending to be focused on the screen.

“Come on,” she sighed. “Try being useful for once, Agatha.”

I froze. Did she really just say that? And Rhunar? He didn’t even say anything. Just sat there like it was fine.

I felt the heat rise in my face. Maybe I should’ve just stayed at my mom’s house instead of coming here. Buried my face in a pillow like before.

Without a word, I stood up and walked out of the cinema. Their soft giggles followed me. I even heard someone behind us whisper, “Can you guys keep it down?”

I didn’t look back.

…..

I still don’t understand why Rhunar acts so differently when he’s around other people. We’ve been friends since I was ten. I remember the first day my mom took me to the pack house. She worked there as a cleaner, and I used to follow her around. The other kids weren’t nice to me—especially one boy who made fun of me just because I was a regular omega. But Rhunar? He was the only one who treated me kindly. He smiled at me that day. It was the first smile I got there, and ever since then, I stayed by his side.

“Are you paying for the smoothies, ma’am?” the vendor asked, pulling me out of my thoughts.

“Oh! Yeah. How much?”

“Five dollars and five cents.”

“Okay, here you go,” I said, handing her the money and grabbing the smoothie.

I realized the movie was almost over, so I hurried back, walking as fast as I could. That’s when I bumped into someone—he was wearing a white shirt and black shorts. The smoothie spilled all over him.

“What the hell? Can’t you watch where you’re going?” he snapped, brushing off the green mess.

“Oh my God, I’m so sorry!” I said quickly, still thinking about getting the half-spilled smoothie to Lya. But before I could leave, he grabbed my wrist.

“Hey! Where do you think you’re going? How are you going to fix my ruined outfit?” he asked, not letting go.

“I said I’m sorry. If you want, I can help pay for dry cleaning,” I said, turning to face him.

His angry expression changed a little, like he’d seen me before.

“You...” he said slowly. “Of all the people I could run into today—it had to be you, Omega.” He smiled now, and leaned closer. “I finally found you, and I’m not letting go this time.”

His face was inches from mine. I could feel his breath. Something about him felt familiar—those sharp dimples and those crazy blue eyes.

“Do I know you?” I asked, noticing how people were staring. Mostly the girls.

“Wow... Agatha Morrow forgot her first kiss?” he said with a cocky smirk.

Of course. How could I ever forget the boy who stole my first kiss?

“You... You’re Fenrik Vale,” I said, and my smile faded into a glare.

Fenrik Vale.

Rhunar’s older brother.

Back from abroad. My worst nightmare had returned.

He used to be mean, cocky, and a complete pain in my life when we were kids—but now? He looked different. Maybe it was his new hairstyle or the way his jawline had sharpened over the years. Or maybe... he was just more handsome now, and that made it worse.

That’s when I realized why everyone was staring.

Of course. The women’s dream guy was holding my hand like we were a couple in a drama scene—and I was the unlucky girl who spilled smoothie all over him.

“Let go of me, Fenrik,” I said firmly, tugging my hand, but his grip didn’t loosen. His hold was strong—too strong—and my wrist started to hurt.

“And how exactly are you going to pay for this shirt?” he asked, waving at the mess I made. “I had a date tonight. With a beautiful lady, might I add. You’ve ruined everything.”

His words stung, and so did my wrist. “You’re hurting me,” I said through gritted teeth. “Let go, at least. Please, Fenrik.”

“Didn’t you hear me? You ruined it—you fix it.”

“I’ll scream,” I warned, glaring up at him. “I swear, I’ll scream.”

He leaned closer, and his voice dropped to a whisper, sending chills down my spine. “Scream then. I don’t care. I’ll rip off anyone who comes between us.”

The look in his eyes was wild, teasing—but there was something else there too. Something I couldn’t name.

I opened my mouth, ready to scream, when I heard a voice.

A voice that stopped everything.

“Fenrik,” the voice said, low and angry. “Let her go. Now.”

My breath caught in my throat. I knew that voice. Every part of me knew it.

I slowly turned around.

Rhunar was standing there—jaw clenched, eyes sharp, fists already curled at his sides.

He wasn’t smiling anymore.

Fenrik’s POVEvery part of her — I wanted. Her soft skin. Her sharp eyes. Even her stubbornness.I didn’t know if I could keep waiting anymore. Every second I stood here, so close to her, my wolf clawed at me, whispering: Take her. Make her yours. Now.I reached up and gently brushed my fingers along her cheek. Her skin felt warm under my hand, and her lips… gods, her lips… pink, soft, trembling. How was I supposed to look at that and not kiss her?She flinched slightly but didn’t move her head. Her breath hitched, and her eyelashes lowered just enough for me to notice. Then, her sharp whisper broke the spell.“What are you doing? My mom is right there. What if she sees us?”I smirked and leaned a little closer, letting my breath tickle her ear. “Mommy’s busy checking the spaghetti. She won’t take long,” I whispered back. Her eyes widened, and her hands pushed against my chest, but I didn’t let go. Then — She stomped on my foot. Hard.“Let go of me, Fenrik! Let go!” she hissed, he

“Where do you think he went?” I asked softly, staring out the car window as Linda drove. Her fingers tapped lazily on the wheel while her head leaned to the side, her eyes half-closed like she was tired of everything. “Probably home. Who knows. Honestly…” She sighed, a little too loud, “why would Ryan even think he could defeat Pete in the first place?”I pulled my knees up on the seat and hugged them tight. “I mean… he just wanted to prove himself,” I said, my voice barely above a whisper. “We all want to. They never even give us a real chance. If Professor Dale had passed us just once… just once… we could’ve moved up. We could’ve advanced.”Linda straightened in her seat, her fingers gripping the wheel harder now. Her lips pressed into a thin line. “That’s why we need to stick together,” she said firmly. “We’re all in the same boat. Same struggle.”But in my chest, I knew she was wrong. Not me. Not really.I pressed my forehead against the cool glass and let out a breath that fogg

  • Falling For The Wrong Alpha     Chapter 24

Third person POV The sun was high above the Packland field, its golden light spilling over the wide arena. The air buzzed with energy. Students filled the bleachers around the field, some standing on their toes just to get a better view. Every eye was fixed on the open ground below, where today’s challenge would decide the next defense captain. Agatha sat quietly on the lowest row, her hands clasped tightly on her lap. Beside her, Linda leaned forward, resting her chin on her hands, eyes narrowed at the four students standing in the center of the field. Lya sat farther down with her two friends, Lizzie and Micah, all three of them giggling and whispering behind their hands. Around them, more students murmured excitedly, some already shouting Pete’s name as if he had already won. Everyone knew who the winner would be. Pete. After Rikky’s death, Pete was the strongest in the defense class. He carried himself like a winner already, his chest puffed out, his smirk sharp and confid

  • Falling For The Wrong Alpha    Chapter 23

Agatha’s POV They’ve called me weak for as long as I can remember. Even before I was old enough to feel my wolf, people already looked at me like I was broken. At sixteen — the age when every werewolf connects with their wolf and shifts for the first time — I stood there in front of everyone… waiting… praying… but nothing happened. No wolf. No shift. Only silence. And then came the laughter. Everyone stared at me with pity, or worse, disgust. I felt so small that day, so ashamed, I couldn’t even look at my mother when I ran away. I came to this pack college for one reason: to find my wolf. To learn how to connect to her. To finally shift and prove them all wrong. This school is made for young werewolves like me — to help us learn control, understand our wolves, and train to be warriors. There are four departments here: The Healers’ class, for those who treat sick and injured wolves. The Defense class, for warriors and for learning to control your wolf during battle. T

  • Falling For The Wrong Alpha    Chapter 22

Agatha’s POV “Okay, everyone. Be quiet while your test results are passed out,” Professor Dale said in his cold, steady voice. He stood at the front of the room, tall and stiff, with his arms crossed as always. “If you didn’t pass… it means you don’t belong in my defense class.” He handed the papers to the first student in the front row. That student took theirs, then passed the rest back down the rows. I sat all the way at the back, like I always did. Linda sat on my left. Ryan sat on my right. “How is this man not grieving?” Linda whispered, leaning toward me. Her voice was soft but sharp. “His only son just died. Shouldn’t he… take time off or something?” I glanced up at Professor Dale again. His face didn’t show anything. No sadness. No anger. Nothing. Just cold, calm, and unreadable. “Maybe… this is how he grieves,” Ryan muttered, spinning his pen between his fingers. I shook my head slowly. “No… I don’t think so,” I whispered back. “Rikky was his only son. He even made hi

Agatha’s POV “What’s wrong, little omega? Can’t get up?” Lya laughed, bending over me and grabbing my hair tightly. “You’re so weak. It’s actually pathetic.” Her sharp nails dug into my scalp as she yanked my head up. My eyes stung with pain, but I refused to cry. “Let go of me!” I snapped, glaring at her through the strands of hair falling over my face. Lya’s lips curled into a cruel smile. “Oh? So now you’ve grown a spine? You think because two Alpha boys looked at you, you’re special?” Behind her, Lizzie and Micah giggled like hyenas, their eyes filled with hate. I clenched my fists hard. My wolf inside growled softly, angry and ready—but I still couldn’t shift. No matter how strong I felt inside, my body wasn’t ready. That’s why they all looked down on me. That’s why I was always the one getting hurt. Lya leaned closer. I could smell her strong perfume mixed with something bitter—jealousy. “First, you followed Rhunar around like a puppy. Now you’re running after Fenrik?”
