Chapter 71

Patricia found Gonzalo standing by his mother's grave. It's the first time she saw him on that part of the estate. There are several instances when Patricia wanted to see it, but she always ended up stopping herself. She was not that far, and she can see him perfectly. He looked so peaceful and contented.

Gonzalo never talked about his mother. And Patricia never bothered to ask. She doesn't want him to that she is too nosy. Patricia wanted to give him the choice. She wanted Gonzalo to voluntarily open up to her.

"Why don't you approach him?" Josh asked her. He was doing his rounds when he saw Patricia watching Gonzalo from afar.

"I don't want to disturb his moment with his mother," Patricia responded, still staring at Gonzalo.

"You two keep on assuming things about each. Boss will see you alone, we will tell him to approach you. Then he will say no, you want to be alone. Hmmm, things you do for love."
